Normally it's just a matter of spamming thunder or ice magic, but Reaver also has this weird thing where staggering is more effective the instant after it attacks. So what happened here could have been a stagger gauge filling normally, or it could have got boosted the moment it attacked Lighty. This guy is almost too easy.
