Theme park is a construction and management simulation video game by Bullfrog production and first appeared on MS-Dos, and later released on many platform ( including amiga, 3DO, Sega Saturn, SNES, playstation and so on).
This video shows off the Nintendo DS version (a 2007 remake based on the original version) with a brand new gui : heavily based on the stylus.

This game got many features and unlockable content (you need to spend money in R&D to be able to build new rides, shops and decorations).
