This is the longplay of the game Donkey Kong Land, an action and platform game released for the Game Boy in 1995.
The story begins after Cranky Kong challenges Donkey and Diddy to replicate Donkey Kong Country's success on the Game Boy's 8-bit hardware and coaxes King K. Rool and the Kremlings into stealing their banana hoard again. This story was a very unusual way to differentiate this portable version from the Super Nintendo version (released a year earlier).
In this game we control Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong throughout several levels, where in addition to completing them, we can also find bonuses to add up to a percentage. Due to the limitations of the Game Boy hardware, in this version we can only control one character at a time but we can switch between them by pressing the select button, the gameplay is good, but it can be a little sensitive in stages with narrower platforms, the graphics are good and well detailed but slightly polluted, requiring a little extra attention and the soundtrack is the same as Donkey Kong Country, with the inclusion of some very good new songs. Donkey Kong Land was a good start to the series on the Game Boy and is a classic, but it is more recommended for the most nostalgic.
