Speed limit: 80 km/h
First driver: 140 km/h
Second driver: 160 km/h
Measuring myself by a similar method I get 48 km/h, which matches the value my cyclocomputer displayed at the time. Helpful tailwind is helpful!
YouTube's compression conveniently made the license plates completely illegible, mitigating privacy concerns. I can make them out in the raw footage, in case the Dutch police suddenly takes an interest in this kind of video.
