Huh, we've been going at this for awhile, but the puzzles have managed to remain surprisingly diverse and without repetition so far. Isn't that always a plus for a game revolving exclusively around dropping square-shaped tile formations in the effort to create other square-shaped formations in the game area?!

I sure hope that I wasn't in the middle of a thought last description that might get in the way of this incredibly uplifting trend!

Puzzle 12: Arrow Left

Oh dear, I was right when I trailed off ominously last time... uh... not that I shouldn't have already known, but that's the gift of artistic license and all that jazz. (Deal with it!) Our next puzzle is another arrow, as suggested by how we happened to have an arrow specified by its direction rather than simply "Arrow" immediately prior to this one.

Actually, I really shouldn't consider this much of a step down in terms of difficulty... and it's not at all as repetitive as the similar titles and identical shapes would leave one thinking, since the orientation really requires a fairly different approach and visualization of how each subsequent piece should be placed. After all, gravity still works in the same direction, but the expected goal doesn't care about that. Get stacking!

To be excessively frank, I do think that this arrow probably should've preceded the one we saw last time, because not only do you not need to worry about having two free-hanging arrow arms elevated over the playfield's floor. That's obviously not a make-or-break advanced strategy or visualization technique, since... y'know, you can solve that with one piece on either side of the Arrow Up... and it's still very applicable here for supporting the arrow's shaft, but it's still something to be considered. Particularly if you don't happen to get that specific piece that could make your life so much simpler quite soon enough and then need to make other arrangements in your arrangement.

Anyway, this surely can't be an ongoing trend of some sort... but even if it is, hopefully we can manage to avoid at least ONE rather obvious potential redundancy... (oh no, I've just spoken out again all too ironically, haven't I? ...wait, does that even make sense if I already know what's to come?!)
