LUTO | Full Game 4K Walkthrough | No Commentary
91Today we archive a very unique horror game with a premise I have not really seen before. It takes inspiration from both P.T. and The Stanley Parable and Luto creates a unique story that constantly breaks the fourth wall and feels very meta. We live our ordinary, daily life and each day something feels a bit more off. The game then takes incredible twists and turns with some really good and interesting puzzles. The scares themselves are also great since the game does not heavily rely on jumpscares. There is so much tension and constant buildup. It is all about creating an intense atmosphere and the game succeeds brilliantly at that. What I also love is that the entire campaign is a single story experience. I think The Stanley Parable is great, but I am not a big fan of all the small loops of stories and rather have one story that continues throughout. Luto does exactly that, because even though there are loops it is still a continuation of the previous story.
It does sometimes feel a bit slow paced, but overall it was a great horror game that I won't soon forget.
