Tomb raiding is not in Kim's job description (assuming he even has one in this team, lulz), but he is going to some kind of tomb to fight one tough mummy. I can honestly say that Thomas Hsieh's Anakaris is quite a tough customer, but since Hsieh's characters usually have good AIs, that's not surprising. This Anakaris is Vampire Savior (Saviour) accurate and uses all of his "tricks" to beat you down. He has a great keepaway game and a solid surprise game with his snake attacks, coffin drops, and mummy wraps. Overall, this is a solid offensive and defensive character, but it's going to take some effort to use. I think he will be a great pick up for DS/VS players.

As for how I came in as Kim, I was actually more focused on applying a few combos that I learned in trying to copy the AI. They mostly involve the simple WP, WP, Diagonal-Back SP chain and linking it to a special or a desperation move. In short, it was a bit of a failure as I was only able to use it once chaining with a special. Regardless, Anakaris is mostly vulnerable when he attempts his mummy wrap as the hit box only focuses on the hands themselves. This can leave large gaps for an attack/counterattack. Otherwise, it's just trying to get in close to compensate against Anakaris' long reach. A decent fight, but I feel as though I can STILL improve... even though I had more than ten videos to do so. Oh well.

One final note, for those who are wondering why in the hell Kim's desperation moves seem to give much less damage than normal, I'm using a minor patch that Moo made a while back which lowers the damage of Kim's desperations and dampeners AND makes his level three desperation BLOCKABLE. Thus, this fight could have been much quicker if this was Kim at normal strength.

Vucious' Random Rant: This should make up for the lack of a "rant" in my last video. Anyway, I'm still trying to improve video quality, but I'm encountering several setbacks. First, while recording, MUGEN lags considerably which makes doing moves more of a chore. Second, editing takes too much time. It took about two hours to edit a near 20 MB video in WMM in order to get the best result. It looks decent enough, but I'm not sure if I can keep this up. I'll do it for a little while longer before making a decision if I want to continue this or not.
