This stage has a lot of Ballade Missile puzzles. Those usually take forever, but thankfully, Rain Flush can cheese most of them by just blowing everything up. I'm a big fan of this strategy because thinking is very hard. Although because of the presence of Force Beams, you can't skip the last two Ballade Missile puzzles.

The biggest problems in this stage are actually the Bombomboys whose shots are right in the way and there's no good way to take them out quickly without losing time from having to switch back and forth between your weapons. So I end up just ignoring most of them by hoping Flame Mixer does its job. But then there's also the Hell Metall DXs that are well and truly in the way. There's one near a ledge with a Bombomboy and you can't even Blast Wind past it I don't think. So you just gotta hope Flame Mixer gets it.

This run beats the previous normal record, Silent_Haxorus's 3:00. For improvements, the last two Ballade Missile puzzle rooms could probably go much faster. I totally forgot to consider Tengu Blade for the first puzzle. That could be used to not set off the bombs while still destroying them, thus lowering the amount of waiting time in that room. I considered maybe damage boosting off the Force Beams for the first puzzle since Salmon Shield actually prevents you from dying there, but that's pretty scary bro. Secondly, I took a hit from a New Shotman that somehow managed to snipe past Flame Mixer. Real jackass of an enemy. Don't get hit by that guy. And lastly, the Kamegoro Maker fight could probably be improved. Although I think I did pretty well here, most of my fights against it are never pretty. I use the buster here (with emotional support Beat), but Tengu Blade can kill each turtle in one slash (not dash)...if you can actually manage to get close to them with those tornadoes everywhere.
