This stage is home to Blockys. They're really big, pretty much impossible to dodge, and do a whopping 8 contact damage (6 with the Absorption Armor). Thus, you don't want to be damage boosting these guys. Thankfully, this game has a wonderful weapon called Tengu Blade which lets you just slide right past these guys with no damage. That's what you want to do with most of them. Although there is that one part with 3 Blockys lined up close to each other and Tengu Blade doesn't work on them. Thankfully again, Rain Flush kills them and doesn't make them drop their cans.

So the Blockys aren't too bad, but some of the other enemies are. Both the Bubukan MK-IIs and the Parockets are pretty annoying. They don't die in one hit to Rain Flush and their weakness is Concrete Shot which isn't particularly good because it creates a block that gets in your way. So you just gotta use Homing Sniper and hope that it homes in on them correctly. There's this setup where you need to use a Concrete Man Platform to progress and there's two Parockets that will hit you pretty much 100% of the time. I use Rush Jet to get past them, but it's pretty frustrating that none of the weapons help in that situation. I guess since you need to Rush Jet to skip past the Concrete Man Platform anyways, it doesn't matter much.

A lot of my strats here were made to take as little damage as possible so that I have enough for Punk who hits really hard. But I found out that you can use Beat Medic during a boss cutscene. The more I know, I guess. This fact is actually really useful and will probably see a lot more use from here on. Anyways, about the Punk fight, his weakness is Salt Water which would be a fine weapon for a weakness if it wasn't limited to only one shot on the screen at a time. So you need to switch on and off of it to despawn the Salt Water shot after it's damaged Punk. Kinda like how you'd use Water Wave in 24H, eh?

This run beats the previous normal record, MystSvin's 2:05. For improvements, I think Punk could go a lot faster. He kinda gave bad jump RNG here, doing a high jump, but also, my weapon switching is kinda mediocre. Also, I feel like dealing with the Bokazurahs should be faster, but I have no idea how.
