MAME - Hyper NeoGeo 64 - Mosaic (Pixelization effect) for Backgrounds (no commentary)

Another effect the Hyper64 hardware can do is what is known as a 'Mosaic' effect. While more commonly associated with hardware like the SNES, it isn't unheard of for arcade hardware too, and the SNK hardware supports it. It is used when the car portraits appear in Roads Edge background, for many of the character hits in Samurai Shodown 64 2, and oddly is set on the floor layer of Buriki One, which appears to only populate half the line ram (missing every other line) then uses the mosaic effect to simply copy the previous line. (the floor rendering is still very wrong otherwise though)
The hardware can also do a mosaic effect on sprites, this is not yet supported.
