Mario Kart Wii: Online Multiplayer Versus
142So this Mario Kart Wii's matchmaking online play, un-edited and uncut.
I decided to play this using a Classic Controller and as Waluigi on Wario's bike. Generally I use a nunchuck and wiimote combination but I was trying to do this quickly without wasting time. It still looks like my video reached past eighteen minutes though so I doubt that really matters now. On the flipside, atleast I didn't get any worse than third place on all the races I played. I kept getting beaten by some Japanese guy who seemed to snake like there is no tomorrow, but heh, given I haven't played the game in a good number of months I could of done alot worse than that.
I have to say that the online play is Mario Kart Wii's only redeeming feature, being surprisingly lag free and without many connection complications of any sort. It is an almost carbon copy of Mario Kart DS in alot of ways and has just as frolic weapon balancing, level diversity and choice of karts/racers. It doesn't better my own favourite Mario Kart 64 for challenge, particularly with drifting, but I digress.
Even so, Mario Kart Wii is a merriment return for the series, you really have to pick this up if you own a Wii.
