This is Peach's Birthday Cake, this is Peach's board in this game, and it takes place on a large cake, which is said to have been decorated by Peach herself, and I do like how five of the six playable characters are used for decoration of the cake. This board is one of two boards from this game to return to Mario Party Superstars, and I did like how they improved this board in Mario Party Superstars. I use Peach for this board, and for the CPU players, I chose Mario, Yoshi, and Donkey Kong.
This board has a lot of Happening Spaces, if you have 30 coins, you can plant a Strawberry Seed, which will turn out to be a Piranha Plant, and anyone that sets on the space that is not the player that planted the Piranha Plant will have a star stolen, and the Piranha Plant is one use.
There is the Flower Lottery, where you have to pay 10 coins to Goomba to plant a seed, and there of them are loser seeds, and one of them is the winner seed, I did like the improvement to that in Mario Party Superstars where Goomba's Flower Lottery was after the Star, but in this game, it is before the star, and unlike in Superstars, the seeds do not reset if someone pulls Bowser. If you pull Toad, that means you get to see Toad and get a star, if you get Bowser, you get to see him and lose 20 coins, because Bowser gives the player a cake, which cannot be eaten, and it took until Mario Party Superstars that the cake is made of rock. When you go past Bowser, this does take you back to Goomba where you can plant a seed, even at the cost of 10 coins for paying Goomba, and 20 coins for visiting Bowser.

I have listed the minigames that make their first appearance in this board, and I could explain about some of them, I don't like how Bumper Balls you have to push the other players off the stage to count for it as a win, because with minigames like Bombs Away and Crazy Cutter where all players can receive coins if they succeed, whereas with Bumper Balls, it counts as a draw if two or more players are still standing. Running of the Bulb is an interesting minigame, this is one of few minigames where all players have to work together to get to the end, but anyway, here are the minigames that first appeared on this board.
