This car as a cpu can be annoying with it's shuriken spamming. But when it's being used by the player, it seems like a average car that doesn't have much going for it. It has a slow speed of 456 but good acceleration. The tires makes the car recover from a spin fast meaning when it gets hit by a weapon or landmine, it will spin for a shorter time and quickly get back in the action. The weapon is the shadow blade which looks like a shuriken. You can only shoot one at a time but it can cut through multiple small objects and kill the big ones in one hit. When it kills a big one you can immediately shoot another one. It will slowdown an enemy that is hit by this for a few seconds. You cannot shoot another one when it's currently attached to an enemy. Because of this you will have to think twice before shooting this at an enemy and get items, especially on Wily's stage where getting good items is really crucial. Don't use the shuriken right after using the lightning item. It doesn't seem to make the enemy move any slower and it's a waste because you should be shooting at objects to get items. When the bar is fully charged, you can make a smoke screen behind the car. It's not really useful especially against the cpus. The Hayate wing makes the bar charge up faster but since the second attack which is the smoke screen is useless, it's like this car is driving around with no wing at all.
