If you're just joining us, this is the third level that I'm going to perform a no damage buster only run. I keep hearing people say you should start with cutman first because he's the easiest and that's just nonsense. If you start with cutman and go onto elecman, you won't have the gutsarm from gutsman to pick up the magnet beam, which I believe you need to complete the game. So
unless you want to do elecman's stage twice, you ought to start with Bombman. He's arguably easier than cutman even though his level is a bit tougher. The award for easiest level goes right here though. So I see why newcomers would consider starting with cutman. Here you can snipe out the little wall shooter from the ladder if you want to play conservatively. I'm not going for the quickest time on any of these runs, because that would require a slightly different approach, but I just thought I'd throw the timer in corner in case anyone was interested, and the times are naturally low anyway because I'm not taking any hits, but I'm sure you can go much faster if you wanted. Like right here for example, there is
a lot of dicking around on my part. Man, one thing that chaps my ass about the legacy collection is that they didn't include time trials for all the levels. That was such a missed opportunity. And while I'm griping, they also need to put the soundtracks in a playlist, nobody is going to click the songs one by one when all they want is to listen to music. There could have been more achievements. Like what I'm doing here, this should be a trophy. No damage, buster only, speed runs. And I'm not the only gamer who has tried to beat all the levels with no damage. And if you have done perfect runs and have a video on your channel comment below, I would like to watch it. Make sure you fall off the ladders instead of climbing down, its saves times so you can dodge the bullet. This is probably the hardest part of this otherwise easy level, so if this walkthrough sounded more like a diatribe it's because I just needed some time to vent my frustrations and offer my opinion on how the definitive mega man experience can be improved, and there really wasn't much to comment on in terms of not taking damage this stage, just don't be careless. What are some features you would add if you were in charge of producing a Mega Man collection? Let me know in the comments and subscribe to my channel because were about to take on Cutman.Cut man is similar to Bombman in that you want to run towards him to keep the pressure on. He should over you and catch his blade on the other side. Allowing you to jump over his next throw, and repeat the process. It's best if you stay on the lower level and not on the blocks, or else it will disrupt the flow. I hope this walkthrough helped, and I hope some of my critiques get echoed by the community, so we can finally have the definitive mega man experience we need.
