Megaman X Mavericks Final is a rpg fangame by maddrex77 set in the Megaman X universe. Included are remastered versions of the first three games and a brand new fourth chapter depicting events that happened after the third game.

A rather special level here because...well, Storm Tornado murders every enemy here in one use, even if X uses it since he presently doesn't have a Helmet MkIV. Enemy frailty or Storm Tornado is just that awesome? You decide!

Anyways, as you're making your way through the stage, there will be a couple hidden paths to uncover. One leads to a generator that must be destroyed to unlock a door further in the level, another is found when you're underwater and leads to this level's battlefield, rewarding you with 5 Energy & WE Tanks after it's completion.

As for the final path, you'll find it immediately after coming back up to dry land near the end of the stage. Keep an eye on the wall to your left and you'll see an odd break in it's formation, signifying where the path to a heart tank lies.

As for the bosses here...the mini boss does some good damage and it's even a pinch faster than the duo when they encounter it, but Storm Tornado just outputs such insane damage that it'll die long before it can double turn the duo.

Bubble Crab is even more special though. Not because of his damage output which is a bit better than the midboss (Storm Tornado damage insanity still applies here), but because he doesn't get any death dialogue. He just goes poof when his health runs out. Hell, he doesn't even give any exp or zenny. What a jerk!

Thankfull, you still get a skill reward for this stage, Mine Crab. Hits a single target, effective on fire types, costs 20 WE.
