This is it the final part of my playthrough of Metroid Dread and our adventure through ZDR.

In this part I finish up my item collection and then go and confront Raven Beak, I didn't manage to collect all the items though.

0:00 - Item collection in Elun
Following up from where the last part left off, my item collection in Dairon left me at 95% items collected, but with the map not revealing any more hidden items, I'm at a loss for what to do and just decide to move on to collecting items in Elun by passing through Ghavoran first. Arriving at Elun, the item collection was simple enough, as I already have all the tools I need to collect the three items I was missing here for 100% collection.

11:00 - Item collection in Ghavoran
Having to pass through this area twice, once to get to Burenia and once to get to Elun and getting items along the way each time, I finally start my item collection in Ghavoran. With 100% item collection in Ghavoran, I then move to Ferenia to start my item collection there.

17:01 - Item collection in Ferenia
Arriving in Ferenia, we comb through the area and collect every item that I can get to. Some of the items are hidden behind Speed Booster puzzles, some through other kinds of puzzles using Samus's equipment and others requiring the Power Bombs to get to. Eventually, I manage to collect all the items in Ferenia and we head back to Hanubia.

44:21 - Returning to Hanubia
With most of the items collected, we return to Hanubia but since the map has a hidden item indicator on it we go and collect it first. With the item out of the way we head to the pod that will take us to Raven Beak. Using the pod we arrive at Raven Beak's ship, Itorash, where it is just a straight path to Raven Beak.

50:47 - Confronting Raven Beak
Taking an elevator to where Raven Beak is, we begin with the final boss fight of the game and what a fight it is. This guy has three phases to his fight. The first phase has him use the Lightning Armor Aeion ability from Samus Returns which makes him invulnerable to your attacks. To disable it, you have to shoot at the barrier until he discharges it in a massive shockwave attack, where you will then be thrown into a counter QTE. From here on, you need to wait for Raven Beak to use an attack that can be countered. Do enough damage and he will enter phase two where he uses his wings and flies, he also calls upon the Beam Burst Aeion ability to use against you. He no longer has his barrier to protect himself so shoot away until he takes enough damage to enter phase three. For phase three he goes back to fighting grounded but without his barrier, on the other hand he has more attacks to throw against you than in the first phase, but since he doesn't have his barrier, its just a matter of how much you can damage him before he takes you out. Do enough damage and you're treated to one final counter QTE to end the fight. At the end of the fight Itorash crashes onto ZDR, and an X parasite infects Raven Beak. Using the new suit awakened, we blast this monster and the X that makes it up into oblivion.

1:11:22 - Escape Sequence
With Raven Beak taken care of, the planet now is going to blow in Metroid tradition, so it's time to run and get off the planet by getting back to the ship. With Samus's new suit though, she is virtually invincible and all you have to do is get past all the obstacles that obstruct you from the ship, including the door that was blocking you from your ship by blasting it to pieces with your new Hyper Beam.

Reaching the ship, we have made it to the end of the game. This was a great game to play through, especially since we finally get to see the next chapter in Samus' story after Fusion. I might come back to record a playthrough of this game on a harder difficulty and with the intention to get 100% item collection but for now this is the end of this project.
