Metroid Dread Playthrough Part 5
From where we left off in the last part, we now explore this new section of Dairon, but it's clear it won't be easy since it leads right back to the zone where the yellow E.M.M.I patrols. Evading it as we progress through gets us to the second generator that powers Dairon that Adam mentioned in the last part.
With the power fully back in Dairon, more areas have become accessible with all the doors now having power to them, this leads us to the Bomb upgrade for Samus's Morph Ball. The new upgrade allows us to break bomb blocks and to make use of the Morph Ball Launchers placed throughout the area.
With the ability to use the ball launchers, we make our way to the next area of ZDR, Burenia, which is a place that is filled with water, and with no Gravity Suit getting around the place is not going to be easy.
Exploring the underwater section eventually leads us to a new aeion ability, the flash shift, this new ability allows us to get past the shutters that block the way when we step on the pressure plates by shifting past the plate and door. We then make it to another shuttle that takes us straight back to Dairon but at a different location from when we went to Burenia.
Arriving back at Dairon, the next door we have to go through is an E.M.M.I zone door, but this does lead us to the Central Unit, which means that our Yellow friend here is now put out of commission. Disabling the Yellow E.M.M.I rewards us with the Speed Booster. With our new upgrade, we will explore more of ZDR and continue making our way to the Gunship in the next part.
