Metroid Fusion Playthrough Part 14
Part 14 as well as some more information.Metroid II: Return of Samus
also gave Samus some new armaments. The Spazer or Wide Beam allows
Samus to fire in a wider arc allowing to strike more than one enemy and
the Plasma Beam pierces through enemies dishing out serious hell.
Metroid II is the only game that shows the different life-cycles of the
Metroid parasite... a total of six; they are the Original, Alpha,
Gamma, Zeta, Omega and Queen. The more evolved the Metroid is, the
smarter it gets which can make the battle more harder for players. The
ending of Metroid II serves as a premonition to the following game in
which after destroying the Queen Metroid, Samus encounters an egg in
which it hatches an infant Metroid. After mistaking Samus for its mom,
it follows it and Samus decides to take it with her eventually forming
a strange bond between Samus and the infant.
