Monster In My Pocket Playthrough (NES)
5I'll be right up front with this one, I wanted play it/buy it because of the cover. I knew nothing about the game or the little toys that inspired it. Add in the fact that its another Konami game and that the cover was cool was enough for me. Upon plugging it in I was pleasantly surprised that I had a fun, straightforward little platformer on my hands. While I certainly would not label the game as overly difficult, its challenge is gradual and at a steady pace as opposed to something like Spider-man/X-men on SNES or many others of that nature. Decent, music, nice graphics, and tight, simple control makes this a very solid game and very worthy of a playthrough. While I know nothing about the toys, this game was a very fun and nice way to spend an evening. If you can find a loose copy for a decent price by all means pick it up, problem is the game has very steadily risen in price for the last few years so it is pretty pricey and rare game to pick up nowadays unfortunately. But if one has the chance to get I would absolutely recommend it! Thanks for watching!
