New Hab, same Morrigan, once again a worm - Hardspace: Shipbreaker Early Access Gameplay episode 12
Today me and the crew return to Hardspace: Shipbreaker, a game where you play as an orbital salvage engineer taking apart derelict vessels all so that your corporate overlords can sell the parts at a premium price and so that you can work off an over one billion credit debt that the corporation incurred to get you into orbit so that you can do their job for them. In this episode, With a new massive update having been released the day before filming this episode all my progress, such as it is, has been reset meaning that I get to do the initial tutorials all over again. Still though, I think it's worth it as even though the core mechanics of the game haven't changed I do finally get to kind of walk around the Hab that the character calls home, instead of just staring at a still framed image as the background for the user interface. Other game mechanics were added, so I've read, but I didn't get to that point before the new update, so there is plenty to still look forward to. Enjoy. Episodes since last fatal in game accident: 12.
