Here is a shooting game which reminds me of Xevious, which is developed by Namco. This is TwinBee, which is developed by Komani. This is another NES game that I have not ever played or heard of until now, and from what I have read, you control a ship called TwinBee, and Player 2 controls WinBee.
In this game, you can find bells hidden in clouds if you shoot them, and they award you with a power up depending on the colour of the bell. White bells allow you to fire two shots, blue bells increase speed, green bells activate the mirror image power-up, and red bells give you a glowing barrier for a limited time.
If TwinBee or WinBee lose both arms, an ambulance shows up which can restore both arms.
