It feels like Fallout New Vegas plays a little better than Fallout 3, but some tweaking of the View Distance Settings might be needed to remove stuttering when the CPU Throttles. The game plays with no stutters at 800X600 with all settings as low as possible so most likely you can bump some settings up to make it look better. I would say that with enough tweaking, this one is SurfaceProGaming approved. That was 5 out of 5, with some tweaking all Current Fallout games can play on the Surface Pro.
