I have earned the Gym Badge from Eterna City, and I can now use Cut outside of battle with the help of a Bidoof to cut down trees. I enter Galactic Eterna Building, where a bunch of Team Galactic Grunts are, and I come across Jupiter, one of the commanders of Team Galactic.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

It is time to enter Galactic Eterna Building, and there are a bunch of Galactic Grunts to fight. In Diamond & Pearl, this felt like a plain building, and that did carry over to this game, I liked how they made it more Team Galactic themed in Platinum, I wish they used its appearance in Platinum for this game, but this is a Diamond & Pearl remake, so of course they keep true to the original games and not Platinum.
There is a Scientist on the third floor, and he uses the regular Trainer battle theme, but at least he uses the Team Galactic battlefield when you fight the Grunts, and when you fight the commanders, you can see planets in the background.
On the 4th floor, you find the Cycle Shop Owner and the stolen Pokémon, as well as Jupiter, one of the commanders of Team Galactic, I will go over her team.
Zubat: Absorb, Supersonic, Mean Look, Poison Fang
Skuntank: Flamethrower, Poison Gas, Acid Spray, Snarl (Sitrus Berry)

Much like Mars, Jupiter did have a different name in Spanish, she is called Ceres, named after the largest object in the asteroid belt between the planets Mars and Jupiter, this might have to do with Jupiter being the name of a male Roman god, while Commander Jupiter is female.
As with her team, Zubat isn't anything special because we've fought so many of these things, but her Skuntank is a tough opponent, it is a Poison/Dark-type Pokémon that has a lot of HP and has very solid stats all around, and it has some powerful moves for this point in the game, it knows Flamethrower, and it can use Acid Spray to lower your Special Defense, and Snarl to decrease your Special Attack, and it has Aftermath, which deals 1/4 of your maximum HP if you take it out with a move that makes contact.
Skuntank's only weakness is Ground, so unless you trained up a Geodude to know Bulldoze, that might be your best choice, otherwise use your most powerful Pokémon to try and take Skuntank down, it does have a Sitrus Berry to restore its HP when it is below half.
After that, you have saved the Cycle Shop Owner and his Pokémon, even though he is referred to as the Cycle Shop Owner, his actual name is Rad Rickshaw, you can see his name when you read the sign. As for the stolen Pokémon, the Clefairy will be at the Cycle Shop, while Buneary will be with the School Kid in the Pokémon Center.
When you talk to the Cycle Shop Owner, you can choose the colour of your bike, I do like how it references the Generation 1 games, Red, Blue, Green, and Yellow, and when you choose the colour, he even references the Kanto Starter Pokémon.
I might make some references to Platinum, as some of the Pokémon in the Grand Underground not native to Sinnoh were in the Platinum Dex. In Platinum, after beating Team Galactic, Cynthia would give you a Pokémon Egg, which will hatch into a Togepi, but it doesn't happen in this game, but you can find Togepi in the Grand Underground. It is a Fairy-type, and if you did catch it before the second Gym, it comes with Ancient Power, and it evolves through Friendship, but you will need a Shiny Stone if you want to have it fully evolved into Togekiss, which is a great Pokémon, it has high Special Attack, and Serene Grace is the best Ability for it, and it can learn some good moves like Dazzling Gleam, Air Slash, and Aura Sphere. As the Pokémon in the Grand Underground get Egg Moves, Togepi can have Extrasensory when caught, so if you do get a Togepi with Extrasensory, this is a great move to have, and it is one of few Fairy-type Pokémon available in the game.
