After beating the Elite Four and obtaining the National Dex, a new path is opened in Victory Road, and in that path, I team up with Marley, who asks me to find a way through that path. There are some Trainers that I can battle against in a Double Battle.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

I didn't go into detail about the Poké Radar in the previous part as there wasn't much space in the description, how the Poké Radar is handled is that some patches of grass will shake, and after defeating or capturing the Pokémon, you can start a chain, and it is usually shaking grass that is about four tiles away that will have the Pokémon of the same species, when you continue your chain, there is a higher chance of finding Pokémon with perfect IVs in two or more stats, and sometimes you might see shaking grass sparkling, that indicates a Shiny Pokémon can be found there, and I don't remember if this is true, but I think there is a chance that you can find Pokémon with their Hidden Ability the higher the chain.
Now onto the video, and the new path of Victory Road can only be accessed after beating the Elite Four and after obtaining the National Dex, and you might need Defog in that new path, and you team up with Marley, her partner Pokémon is an Arcanine that seems to be a strict supporter, its only attacking move is Burn Up, which is a one use per battle move, while it is powerful, Arcanine loses the Fire-type upon use, its other moves are Leer, Howl, and Helping Hand.
Despite requiring the National Dex to access that path, none of the Trainers you fight use Pokémon that are not in the Sinnoh Dex, the only Trainer with a Pokémon outside of the Sinnoh Dex is Marley, and you team up with her to get through that path.
As for new encounters, in the National Dex Path of Victory Road, the only Pokémon not native to the Sinnoh Dex you can find is Lapras, it is a 10% encounter through Surf, and it is a solid Water/Ice-type Pokémon that has Ice Beam when encountered, and it learns some good TMs like Surf, Psychic, Thunderbolt, and a few others, if you feel like rotating around your team for the after-game, Lapras isn't a bad Pokémon to use, and if you are wondering, Lapras is not in the Grand Underground.
As for the items you can get in Victory Road, you can get a Dusk Stone, Leftovers, and a few other items, the Leftovers is the one that stands out, you can get it in the Grand Underground, but here is where you can get the Leftovers outside of the Grand Underground.
I do like one of Marley's quotes, when you talk to her when she is with you, she says "You're very chatty...", which is a huge sense of irony, as the main protagonist doesn't talk that much, and one thing I want to go over, in the initial release of this game, the second Trainer in the Double Battle would say "Here I come!" instead of their usual dialogue, this was one thing I experienced when I played this part of the game before updates happened, and another thing I want to go over in the description that I wasn't even aware of until around a few parts later is that a new cloning glitch was discovered, and it might be patched out at the time this video goes live, I really hope not, because they are glitches that benefit players greatly, you can get more of certain items that you would only get one of, or very few of, like the Master Ball, Rare Candy, Evolution Stones, TMs, and many others.
