Here is Route 224, which follows up the National Dex Path of Victory Road, and there are some Trainers to fight there, some of them use Pokémon that are not in the Sinnoh Dex, this does allow me to see what there is, but there is no requirements in seeing every Pokémon in the National Dex unlike with the Sinnoh Dex, and at the end is a white rock which is connected to a special event.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

Route 224 has some Trainers you can fight there, and some of them use Pokémon in the National Dex, like Poliwhirl, Altaria, and Metagross, and the Ace Trainer with the Metagross is a reference to Destiny Deoxys, where there was a female Trainer who used a laptop to look up battle strategies, and her partner Pokémon was a Metagross.
There are some good items you can pick up on this route, you can get a Destiny Knot, very helpful passing down 5 IVs onto Pokémon when breeding, a PP Max, and a Razor Claw.
There are some Pokémon you can encounter on this route, the new encounters are Gloom and Weepinbell, both are a 5% encounter rate, and you can find them in the Grand Underground. I wouldn't go out of your way to find them, as there is another area later on where you can find them more commonly, Gloom evolves into either Vileplume with the Leaf Stone, which has higher Special Attack, or into Bellossom with the Sun Stone, where it loses the Poison-type, and it has higher Special Defense. Weepinbell is a Mixed Attacker that requires a Leaf Stone to evolve into Victreebel, both can make decent Pokémon to use. For Egg Moves, Gloom can have Strength Sap, Leech Seed, Synthesis, Charm, and Ingrain, and Weepinbell can have Power Whip, Clear Smog, Weather Ball, Leech Life, Strength Sap, and Synthesis, their pre-evolved forms Oddish and Bellsprout can be found in the Grand Underground as well.
With the Poké Radar, you can encounter Duskull and Dusclops, and for some reason, Dusclops has a 10% encounter rate, and Duskull is 2%. Duskull was previously available in the Grand Underground before obtaining the National Dex, but right now, you can find Dusclops in the Grand Underground, so I don't recommend going out of your way to get them.
The Swarm Pokémon for Route 224 is Natu, this one can also be found in the Grand Underground, the good thing about Natu is that you can just level it up once and it will evolve into Xatu, it does come with Psychic when caught, and it learns Air Slash upon evolving. Xatu learns some good moves like Shadow Ball, Reflect, Light Screen, and a few other moves. As for Egg Moves you can have on Natu, it can get Feather Dance, Drill Peck, Sucker Punch, Zen Headbutt, Haze, and Ally Switch for possible moves. There are some Egg Moves that are exclusive to the Pokémon caught in the Grand Underground, for example, Natu can only get Simple Beam as an Egg Move, and the only way to do so is catch a Natu in the Grand Underground that knows Simple Beam, the same goes with Zen Headbutt and Ally Switch.
You can get Beautifly on this route even in Shining Pearl, I wouldn't go out of your way to find one if unless you are that unlucky with evolving Wurmple.
At the end of the route is a white rock, which if you have a special event item, it will unlock a new path that would lead to a Mythical Pokémon called Shaymin, a Grass-type Pokémon, and you can get a Gracidea if you talk to an NPC in Floaroma Town if you have Shaymin in your party, and that will allow you to change Shaymin to its Sky Forme, it will revert back to Land Forme if it is night or if it is frozen in battle. At the time of uploading this video, the event for Shaymin is not live yet, unless you somehow use glitches to get it, but this is where you can get Shaymin, even back in the original Diamond & Pearl games.
