It is time to go to the Fight Area, and Barry is already there. The Fight Area is where the Battle Tower is located, and you can fight 7 Trainers in a row to earn BP which you can use to purchase items, and you can also access a new part of the Grand Underground.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

I show off each of Eevee's evolved forms, including how to get Leafeon and Glaceon, where you have to level up near the Moss Rock in Eterna Forest for Leafeon, and the Ice Rock on Route 217 for Glaceon.
I never went over the Trophy Garden encounters because of description space, here are the Pokémon you can encounter when you talk to Mr. Backlot.
Clefairy, Jigglypuff, Meowth, Chansey, Eevee, Porygon, Cleffa, Igglybuff, Marill, Azurill, Plusle, Minun, Castform, Bonsly, Mime Jr., Happiny

The Pokémon are at Level 18, so if you have a Pokémon at Level 18, you can use a Repel to have a better chance at encountering the Pokémon, Pikachu can also be found at Level 18 as well.
As with the Great Marsh, some new Pokémon are added there as daily encounters with the binoculars, here they are.
Paras, Exeggcute, Kangaskhan, Yanma, Shroomish, Gulpin

To go to the Fight Area, head to Snowpoint City, talk to the Sailor to go to the Battle Zone. When you arrive, Barry will fine you for being late, but anyway, he is interested in taking part in the Battle Tower, and you meet up with Buck, a Trainer who tells me to take part in the Battle Tower. When you enter, you get given a Point Card, and when you enter the Battle Park, a man will bump into you, and he will recognize you from Twinleaf Town, and then Barry shows up soon as the man leaves, I wonder if this man could be related to Barry.
In the Fight Area, you can get a Scope Lens and a Super Rod, I will list which Pokémon you can find with the Super Rod in each area, you can also get Gyarados, Octillery, Lumineon, Seaking, and Whiscash with the Super Rod in some areas.
Shellder: Route 205, Valley Windworks, Fuego Ironworks
Staryu: Canalave City, Sunyshore City
Dratini/Dragonair: Mount Coronet (Waterfall room)
Chinchou/Lanturn: Route 220
Qwilfish: Iron Island
Carvanha: Great Marsh
Sharpedo: Route 213, Route 222
Wailmer/Wailord: Route 223, Route 230
Corphish/Crawdaunt: Celestic Town
Clamperl: Route 219, Route 221
Luvdisc: Route 224, Pokémon League

All of them, except for Wailmer and Luvdisc, can be found in the Grand Underground, and as for recommendations, some of them, like Shellder, Staryu, and Dratini can be good Pokémon to use, Qwilfish and Clamperl can be decent, and Luvdisc is terrible.
In the Battle Park, there is no Battle Frontier in this game, you can pick up a Razor Fang, which evolves Gligar into Gliscor when it levels up at night while holding it, and in the Battle Tower, you can unlock the Judge Function for your PC, and you can take part in the Battle Tower, where you have to fight 7 Trainers in a row, and you earn Battle Points if you can defeat all 7 Trainers, I have seen people say it is a step back to how Sword & Shield handled the Battle Tower where you can earn BP for each battle. You can buy items, like Power Items, Flame Orb, Toxic Orb, Choice Band, Choice Scarf, Muscle Band, and other items, you can buy Evolution Items, Mints, Ability Capsule, Ability Patch, and TMs, and this is where you can do Hyper Training, if you have a Pokémon at Level 100 and have Bottle Caps, you can get your Pokémon to maximum IVs in one stat, or all if you have a Gold Bottle Cap.
On Serebii.net, which I use for information, each Trainer has a set team instead of a random selection of Pokémon, sometimes up to three different teams they can use, in Sword & Shield, the Trainers used a selection of Pokémon at random of what they can use.
There is a new area in the Grand Underground in the Battle Zone, and you can access new areas, and you can pick up some good items there, like TMs for Stone Edge, Scald, and Overheat, as well as some items like Twisted Spoon and a Shiny Stone.
If you are wondering if I will complete the National Dex, I wouldn't guarantee it, but I do want to try and capture as many Pokémon as I can, and possibly show which Pokémon you can find in each area, so I will try to fill up as much of the Pokédex as I can, and I might do rotating team members when going through the Battle Zone, as my main team is kind of approaching Level 70, and I have Lumineon which is in the Exp Group where it reaches Level 100 the quickest, so I want to try and challenge myself when going through the Battle Zone.
