What’s up everyone! It’s Tim from TimPlaysAGame. This will be my first official video in a series of game logs for Pokémon GO for iOS and Android devices. As you know, over the past week Pokémon GO has gained massive popularity. Just this weekend I was at an anime and video game convention and a lot of people there were playing Pokémon GO and walking around the convention center catching Pokémon. Though I am not able to go very far with this game because my current device has no GPS function, I was still able to experience a good amount of this game.

In my previous Pokémon GO video, I talked about my first impressions with this app, catching a Squirtle as my first Pokémon and catching a few others that I lured to me with Incense. Since then I have continued to capture Pokémon and reach the rank of Level 7. I have also sided with one of the three teams, Team Mystic. I have also begun to notice that the Pokémon I am able to catch are becoming stronger. Some of these Pokémon that I have captured include a Venomoth, a Raticate, a Psyduck, a Krabby, an Eevee that I hope to evolve into a Vaporeon, a Nidoran (male), and a Pidgeotto.

I have also gathered enough candies to evolve some of Pokémon and begun training some of my strong Pokémon to be stronger. With that in mind, there have been a few disappointing moments in this game. Because the Pokémon are getting stronger, I have begun having some difficulty capturing some of the stronger ones because they run away. I have even missed a chance to capture a Pinsir with a CP of 330. Hopefully I will be able to purchase some stronger Pokéballs soon.

Until then, I will capture the Pokémon I can catch and continue to train and evolve the Pokémon I already have. I also hope my new phone comes in a mail soon so I venture and capture Pokémon outside of my Wi-Fi range. Until next time, this is Tim from TimPlaysAGame signing off. Good night!
