With every Pokémon in Hisui captured, the next mission is to go to the Temple of Sinnoh and summon Arceus. This will be a very difficult test, as Arceus is a very tough Pokémon, so we will need a lot of preparation if we want to try and stand up to it.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

After capturing every Pokémon in the Hisui region, you do not need to have captured Phione and Manaphy, even though you can catch them in The Sea's Legend request, there is Darkrai, which requires save data for Pokémon Brilliant Diamond or Shining Pearl, and Shaymin, which requires save data for Pokémon Sword or Shield, to capture them.
What you have to do is go to the Temple of Sinnoh, and play the Azure Flute, which allows you to enter the Hall of Origin, where Arceus awaits, and time for a boss fight, I don't know if Arceus is frenzied or if it is just testing us, but anyway, Arceus attacks by creating shockwaves and shooting meteors down, and it has one where it shoots lasers out, your dodging comes to use in this one. In the second phase, Arceus disappears and comes charging at you, it creates a safe field, which you have to get to in order to avoid being hurt, and it has a similar move where it creates clones of itself, the real Arceus is in a safe area. It has another attack where it creates shockwaves while there are orbs around it, throw Balms at it, and you can then fight against Arceus.
This is a very tough fight, Arceus is Level 75, and its moves are Calm Mind, Extrasensory, Judgment, and Hyper Beam, but what makes it unique is that when Arceus uses Judgment, it will change its type to the one that is super effective against the Pokémon that is currently in the battle, and defeating Arceus in a battle gives you an opportunity to throw Balms at it.
After depleting Arceus's frenzy gauge, you will then receive a part of Arceus, that sounds really weird, what even is Arceus, and who is the Original One? I feel like there are so many unanswered questions about Arceus, but anyway, it has no Research Tasks, you basically obtain a part of Arceus in order to register it. You can rematch Dialga or Palkia in their Origin Formes at Level 85, and you can even rematch Arceus, which will be at Level 100 when you return to the Temple of Sinnoh.
You also obtain the Legend Plate, and the Plates in this game change Arceus's type, the Blank Plate is the item used to change Arceus to the Normal-type, the Legend Plate makes Arceus's Judgment always be super effective against the opponent. As for stats, Arceus has base 120 in all of its stats, and it does come with moves like Calm Mind, Recover, and Judgment, and that is all it needs, it can learn a wide variety of moves through the Move Shop, so it has excellent versatility.
Talk to Professor Laventon at Galaxy Hall, and everyone will gather to celebrate the achievement of capturing every Pokémon in Hisui, and you will receive the Shiny Charm. When you go past your room, you can sleep in your bed to take part in Eternal Battle Reverie, where Arceus gives you options on which to battle, some options give you Pokémon to battle with, and after each battle, you can use points to change your lead, restore HP or PP, or inflict status conditions, and you can earn some rewards, like Exp. Candy, Grit items, Seeds of Mastery, and Star Pieces.
That is Pokémon Legends: Arceus completed, I have no plans to do Path of Solitude with every Pokémon, as I have heard it is very difficult, I might show the Noble Pokémon re-matches, and maybe some other secrets in this game.
