After a shocking turn of events with Volo at the Temple of Sinnoh, Cogita tasks me with finding the three Legendary Pokémon known as the Forces of Nature, which can be found in different areas across Hisui, they only appear in certain weather conditions, and they are very annoying to catch.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

At the start of the video, I show the scene with Cyllene and Kamado, and about the origin of the name "Galaxy Team", this scene happens after completing the Daybreak quest and after beating Volo at the Temple of Sinnoh.
When you enter Galaxy Hall, Cogita will tell you about the Forces of Nature, a trio of Legendary Pokémon from the Unova region. They are in three different areas, Tornadus is at Alabaster Icelands, but will only appear during a blizzard, it is found at Bonechill Wastes where the Alpha Glalie is at. Thundurus is at Cobalt Coastlands, it is found near Lunker's Lair where the Alpha Gyarados is, and it appears during a thunderstorm. Landorus is at Ramanas Island at Obsidian Fieldlands, and it is not affected by the weather, they are a pain to catch, as they will be surrounded by a barrier, and you have to hit them three times to try and capture them, and worse, they attack with a powerful storm, and it's even worse when you have to deal with the Glalie when chasing Tornadus, or the Gyarados when chasing Thundurus.
After catching them, you need to get Research Level 10 with them, the best way is to use their signature moves in Agile Style, Tornadus learns Bleakwind Storm, which has a chance of leaving the target with a frostbite, Thundurus has Wildbolt Storm, which has a chance of inflicting paralysis, and Landorus has Sandsear Storm, which has a chance of burning the target.
After that, talk to Cogita at Ancient Retreat, and you then learn there is a fourth member of the Forces of Nature, which will show up, and that Pokémon appears at Crimson Mirelands, at around Scarlet Bog. What makes this really tricky is that the Pokémon takes four hits to remove the barrier, and its storm attack reverses your controls, and not only do you have to deal with a bunch of Croagunk and Stunky, but there is an Alpha Skuntank in the area as well.
I will go over the new Pokémon, it is known as Enamorus, it is a Fairy/Flying-type, and its signature move is Springtide Storm, which is a Special Fairy-type move with 95 power, and its effect is dependant on Enamorus's form, in its Incarnate Forme, it has a chance of boosting the user's offensive and defensive stats, much like Ominous Wind. After catching Enamorus and getting its Research Level to 10, talk to Cogita to receive the Reveal Glass, this changes the form of Tornadus, Thundurus, Landorus, and Enamorus, and as for stats, Enamorus has high Special Attack and a respectable Attack and Speed, it can work as a Mixed Attacker if you want to, and it can learn Moonblast. Its does come with Crunch and Extrasensory for possible moves, and through the Move Shop, it can learn Calm Mind, Mystical Fire, Sludge Bomb, Earth Power, and Psychic, giving it some versatility. As with its Therian Forme, Enamorus takes on a turtle-like form, I did read that the Forces of Nature are based on the Chinese Four Symbols, Tornadus being the Vermilion Bird, Thundurus being the Azure Dragon, Landorus being the Tiger of the West, and Enamorus being the Black Tortoise. For its stats in its Therian Forme, Enamorus sacrifices its Speed stat in exchange for its defensive stats, and when it uses Springtide Storm in its Therian Forme, it has a chance of lowering the target's offensive and defensive stats. In the data, Enamorus has Healer for its Ability, and its Hidden Ability is Contrary, and in its Therian Forme, it has Overcoat for its Ability.
I then show the quest with the clan leaders, talk to Adaman at Gingko Landing, and I do like how a Spheal randomly appears during dialogue, and he challenges you to a battle, but there is a twist, you need to have Origin Forme Dialga as the only Pokémon in your party, he has Leafeon, Umbreon, and Vaporeon, and this will allow you to challenge the Diamond Clan at the Battle of Tenacity, so you fight Arezu, Melli, and Adaman, I will go over their teams.
Arezu: Lilligant, Bronzong (Bronzor on 1st attempt), Purugly (3rd attempt onwards)
Melli: Skuntank, Golbat, Drapion (3rd attempt onwards)
Adaman: Leafeon, Umbreon, Vaporeon

Irida is at Diamond Settlement, and you have to battle her using only Origin Forme Palkia, she has Glaceon, Espeon, and Flareon, and after that, you can challenge the Pearl Clan at the Battle of Tenacity, so you fight Lian, Gaeric, and Irida, I will go over their teams.
Lian: Goodra (Sliggoo on 1st attempt), Mamoswine (Swinub on 1st attempt, Piloswine on 2nd and 3rd attempt), Whiscash (3rd attempt onwards)
Gaeric: Glalie, Froslass, Avalugg (3rd attempt onwards)
Irida: Glaceon, Espeon, Flareon
