We are almost at the first quarter of the Master Trainers, and one thing to note is that some of which reference movies, cartoons, and real life people, most notably that evolution line, and I don't want to add too much to the description because explaining strategy takes up the description.
Here are the Master Trainers in this video:
Zubat, Golbat, Oddish, Gloom, Vileplume, Paras, Parasect, Venonat, Venomoth, Diglett
Zubat Trainer - Scientist West
Zubat - Level 70
Nature: Timid
AVs: 120 HP, 50 Special Attack, 200 Speed
Stats: 277 HP, 61 Attack, 75 Defense, 118 Special Attack, 82 Special Defense, 313 Speed
Moves: Air Slash, Confuse Ray
Location: Rock Tunnel
If you have a Speed Nature on your Zubat and maximized on Speed AVs, using Substitute on the first turn, then attack with either Wing Attack or Air Slash.

Golbat Trainer - Scientist Keaton
Golbat - Level 75
Nature: Impish
AVs: 200 HP, 120 Defense, 120 Special Defense, 120 Speed
Stats: 420 HP, 148 Attack, 266 Defense, 91 Special Attack, 260 Special Defense, 283 Speed
Moves: Fly, Confuse Ray, Roost
Location: Victory Road
The nice reference to the Master Trainers of the Zubat line is that they are named after Batman Actors, so references are common among evolution lines. As for the strategy, use Taunt, attack with either Wing Attack or Air Slash, and Protect when the opposing Golbat attacks with Fly.

Oddish Trainer - Lass Amy
Oddish - Level 65
Nature: Mild
AVs: 120 Special Attack, 120 Special Defense, 150 Speed
Stats: 153 HP, 70 Attack, 68 Defense, 254 Special Attack, 229 Special Defense, 214 Speed
Moves: Sludge Bomb
Location: Viridian City
Just keep using Sludge Bomb, it's not too hard if you have good investment.

Gloom Trainer - Lass Emma
Gloom - Level 70
Nature: Modest
AVs: 150 Special Attack, 150 Special Defense, 150 Speed
Stats: 185 HP, 86 Attack, 124 Defense, 309 Special Attack, 281 Special Defense, 232 Speed
Moves: Sludge Bomb
Location: Pewter City
Same strategy as the Oddish Master Trainer, it will take two hits with Sludge Bomb if you gave Gloom some Special Attack AVs.

Vileplume Trainer - Lass Satoko
Vileplume - Level 75
Nature: Bold
AVs: 120 HP, 150 Defense, 150 Special Attack, 150 Special Defense
Stats: 340 HP, 112 Attack, 320 Defense, 313 Special Attack, 313 Special Defense, 80 Speed
Moves: Substitute, Reflect, Hyper Beam
Location: Route 14
Sludge Bomb is your main move, and I recommend Substitute to absorb the opposing Vileplume's Hyper Beam, do not use Physical attacks like Headbutt for this fight.

Paras Trainer - Bug Catcher Evan
Paras - Level 70
Nature: Relaxed
AVs: 120 HP, 100 Defense, 100 Special Defense
Stats: 270 HP, 124 Attack, 213 Defense, 89 Special Attack, 203 Special Defense, 36 Speed
Moves: X-Scissor, Sludge Bomb
Location: Mt. Moon
The opposing Paras isn't too threatening, but it depends on how much AVs you gave your own Paras, and your best option is to use Leech Life or X-Scissor.

Parasect Trainer - Bug Catcher Hans
Parasect - Level 75
Nature: Relaxed
AVs: 200 HP, 200 Defense, 200 Special Defense
Stats: 398 HP, 170 Attack, 362 Defense, 118 Special Attack, 348 Special Defense, 65 Speed
Moves: Leech Life, Sludge Bomb
Location: Route 2
The difference between that and the Paras Master Trainer is that the opposing Parasect has very good bulk, so using Toxic and Leech Life can help wear it down a bit.

Venonat Trainer - Bug Catcher Olly
Venonat - Level 70
Nature: Modest
AVs: 50 HP, 100 Special Attack, 50 Special Defense, 100 Speed
Stats: 235 HP, 73 Attack, 96 Defense, 190 Special Attack, 153 Special Defense, 189 Speed
Moves: Disable, Sleep Powder, Psybeam
Location: Route 24
Start with Substitute on turn 1, as the opposing Venonat is very likely to use Sleep Powder at the start, and Disable on the next turn, so using either Sleep Powder or Stun Spore are good choices, then attack with Psychic.

Venomoth Trainer - Bug Catcher Lajos
Venomoth - Level 75
Nature: Calm
AVs: 120 HP, 50 Special Attack, 200 Special Defense, 200 Speed
Stats: 333 HP, 91 Attack, 118 Defense, 213 Special Attack, 354 Special Defense, 363 Speed
Moves: Quiver Dance, Sleep Powder, Psychic
Location: Route 15
This battle is all about luck, as the opposing Venomoth can use Sleep Powder, set up Quiver Dance, and deal massive damage with Psychic, so you are going to need luck on your side, otherwise setting up your own Quiver Dance can help.

Diglett Trainer - Hiker Collin
Diglett - Level 70
Nature: Impish
AVs: 50 HP, 50 Attack, 200 Defense, 50 Speed
Stats: 165 HP, 153 Attack, 267 Defense, 48 Special Attack, 89 Special Defense, 209 Speed
Moves: Sucker Punch, Dig
Location: Diglett's Cave
This one is very easy, even with a low level Diglett, use Substitute and Toxic so it will not hit with Sucker Punch, and Protect when it uses Dig, otherwise if you have higher Speed AVs, use Earthquake for double damage while the opposing Diglett is underground.
