One thing I didn't add in previous video descriptions is that you can re-battle Master Trainers daily, but you don't get any rewards if you beat them again. Recommended Level is 70 or over and heavy investment in AVs will help in those fights.
Here are the Master Trainers in this video:
Nidoqueen, Nidoran♂, Nidorino, Nidoking, Clefairy, Clefable, Vulpix, Ninetales, Jigglypuff, Wigglytuff
Nidoqueen Trainer - Ace Trainer Percy
Nidoqueen - Level 75
Nature: Calm
AVs: 150 HP, 50 Defense, 120 Special Attack, 150 Special Defense
Stats: 393 HP, 128 Attack, 208 Defense, 260 Special Attack, 320 Special Defense, 142 Speed
Moves: Super Fang, Blizzard, Surf
Location: Route 23
This can be a tough fight, but if you have Earthquake on Nidoqueen, this can do heavy damage.

Nidoran♂ Trainer - Ace Trainer Alvin
Nidoran♂ - Level 70
Nature: Impish
AVs: 150 HP, 120 Attack, 150 Defense
Stats: 316 HP, 226 Attack, 240 Defense, 54 Special Attack, 82 Special Defense, 96 Speed
Moves: Iron Tail, Headbutt
Location: Route 4
Test your luck with Horn Drill, otherwise keep using Drill Run.

Nidorino Trainer - Ace Trainer Dave
Nidorino - Level 75
Nature: Impish
AVs: 150 HP, 150 Attack, 200 Defense
Stats: 349 HP, 286 Attack, 324 Defense, 78 Special Attack, 110 Special Defense, 125 Speed
Moves: Iron Tail, Dig
Location: Underground Path 7-8
When the opposing Nidorino uses Dig, using Dig or Protect can help avoid its Attack, while attacking on turns before it goes underground.

Nidoking Trainer - Ace Trainer Carlton
Nidoking - Level 80
Nature: Careful
AVs: 150 HP, 120 Attack, 203 Defense, 126 Special Attack, 313 Special Defense, 165 Speed
Stats: 394 HP, 313 Attack, 203 Defense, 126 Special Attack, 313 Special Defense, 165 Speed
Moves: Horn Drill, Drill Run, Ice Punch
Location: Route 23
This is a very tough fight without investment, as the opposing Nidoking has Horn Drill, and can hit very hard with super effective moves, Earthquake on Nidoking can deal a lot of damage with good Attack investment.

Clefairy Trainer - Less Chel
Clefairy - Level 70
Nature: Relaxed
AVs: 100 HP, 80 Defense, 80 Special Defense
Stats: 299 HP, 89 Attack, 182 Defense, 110 Special Attack, 197 Special Defense, 48 Speed
Moves: Sing, Metronome
Location: Saffron City
This is just an easy fight, because Metronome is all about luck, but at least you can teach Toxic to Clefairy, which will help in the fight.

Clefable Trainer - Lass Alexandra
Clefable - Level 80
Nature: Hasty
AVs: 200 HP, 50 Special Attack, 120 Special Defense, 100 Speed
Stats: 466 HP, 191 Attack, 108 Defense, 231 Special Attack, 293 Special Defense, 237 Speed
Moves: Iron Tail, Metronome, Minimize
Location: Mt. Moon
I would recommend Toxic first, then use Minimize to avoid the opposing Clefable's Attacks, because it can get hard if it uses Minimize too many times.

Vulpix Trainer - Ace Trainer Finn
Vulpix - Level 70
Nature: Bold
AVs: 120 HP, 100 Defense, 100 Special Defense
Stats: 274 HP, 55 Attack, 190 Defense, 75 Special Attack, 217 Special Defense, 117 Speed
Moves: Toxic, Fire Spin, Confuse Ray
Location: Route 6
If you use Substitute on the first turn, this will be easier, as the only offensive move the opposing Vulpix has is the weak Fire Spin. Using Toxic and Fire Spin can help slowly whittle down the opposing Vulpix's HP so you can take it out.

Ninetales Trainer - Ace Trainer Arnold
Ninetales - Level 75
Nature: Timid
AVs: 120 HP, 100 Defense, 80 Special Attack, 50 Special Defense, 120 Speed
Stats: 337 HP, 107 Attack, 240 Defense, 229 Special Attack, 228 Special Defense, 315 Speed
Moves: Hypnosis, Calm Mind, Dark Pulse, Dream Eater
Location: Route 9
If the opposing Ninetales uses Hypnosis and sets up Calm Mind, this is a difficult fight, so make sure you have Substitute up, and using Toxic is a big help. One thing to note is that the Alolan Ninetales is surprisingly useful for that fight, as it resists Dark Pulse thanks to its part Fairy-type.

Jigglypuff Trainer - Lass Marge
Jigglypuff - Level 70
Nature: Adamant
AVs: 100 HP, 50 Attack, 100 Defense, 100 Special Defense
Stats: 362 HP, 147 Attack, 154 Defense, 61 Special Attack, 161 Special Defense, 33 Speed
Moves: Sing, Body Slam, Disable
Location: Pewter City
The opposing Jigglypuff is very likely to use Body Slam on turn 1, so use Disable to prevent it from using Body Slam, and then use Toxic and an attack move of your choice, like Body Slam, Tri Attack, or Dazzling Gleam.

Wigglytuff Trainer - Lass Yumi
Wigglytuff - Level 75
Nature: Modest
AVs: 150 HP, 150 Defense, 150 Special Attack, 150 Special Defense
Stats: 468 HP, 99 Attack, 245 Defense, 320 Special Attack, 253 Special Defense, 72 Speed
Moves: Sing, Tri Attack, Disable
Location: Silph Co.
Same strategy as the Jigglypuff Master Trainer, except the opposing Wigglytuff has Tri Attack and is more defensive, so Toxic is a huge recommendation.
