I have beaten 20 Master Trainers, and I take on the next 10 to get to 30, and since the Master Trainers are tough, I recommend being at Level 70 or higher and investing in a lot of AVs to stand a good chance.
Here are the Master Trainers in this video:
Spearow, Fearow, Ekans, Arbok, Pikachu, Raichu, Sandshrew, Sandslash, Nidoran♀, Nidorina
Spearow Trainer - Bird Keeper Ralph
Spearow - Level 70
Nature: Adamant
AVs: 120 HP, 80 Attack, 150 Defense
Stats: 277 HP, 201 Attack, 218 Defense, 43 Special Attack, 48 Special Defense, 124 Speed
Moves: Fury Attack, Focus Energy
Location: Pewter City
If you maximized on your Defense AVs, this is an easy fight if you have Substitute, and if you invested in Special Attack, Tri Attack can deal a lot of damage to the opposing Spearow.

Fearow Trainer - Bird Keeper Theo
Fearow - Level 80
Nature: Adamant
AVs: 200 HP, 200 Attack, 200 Defense
Stats: 418 HP, 390 Attack, 333 Defense, 91 Special Attack, 102 Special Defense, 189 Speed
Moves: Sky Attack, Focus Energy, Drill Run
Location: Route 18
This fight is so easy, even a Level 3 Fearow can do it with no investment, all you need to do is use Protect when the opposing Fearow uses Sky Attack, and just use Toxic and Substitute.

Ekans Trainer - Scientist Herbert
Ekans - Level 70
Nature: Jolly
AVs: 50 HP, 80 Attack, 200 Speed
Stats: 200 HP, 190 Attack, 88 Defense, 54 Special Attack, 80 Special Defense, 313 Speed
Moves: Glare, Bite, Rock Slide
Location: Route 4
This is a fight in which you will need luck, as the opposing Ekans can use Glare to inflict paralysis, and then flinch your Ekans, so I recommend using Glare on the opposing Ekans, and use Earthquake to take it out.

Arbok Trainer - Scientist Adam
Arbok - Level 75
Nature: Impish
AVs: 200 HP, 200 Attack, 200 Defense
Stats: 398 HP, 370 Attack, 344 Defense, 91 Special Attack, 123 Special Defense, 148 Speed
Moves: Glare, Facade, Wrap, Sucker Punch
Location: Rocket Hideout
The opposing Arbok is very likely to use Glare on the first turn, so use Substitute, then use Screech about once or twice so that Earthquake can do a lot more damage, Glare is very risky as the opposing Arbok has Facade.

Pikachu Trainer - Lass Ikue
Pikachu - Level 75
Nature: Impish
AVs: 100 HP, 80 Attack, 100 Defense
Stats: 260 HP, 190 Attack, 196 Defense, 72 Special Attack, 103 Special Defense, 163 Speed
Moves: Slam, Toxic, Substitute, Reflect
Location: Viridian Forest
In case you are wondering, my Pikachu is at Level 100, you might notice it with Pokémon I have used on my team in this playthrough. With Partner Pikachu, Toxic and Splishy Splash should do it, otherwise the fight is much harder with a regular Pikachu, the best strategy is to use Toxic first turn, and if you get poisoned, Facade should be helpful.

Raichu Trainer - Lass Charlotte
Raichu - Level 75
Nature: Naive
AVs: 200 Attack, 150 Special Attack, 200 Speed
Stats: 175 HP, 363 Attack, 87 Defense, 313 Special Attack, 125 Special Defense, 393 Speed
Moves: Headbutt, Double Team, Hyper Beam
Location: Pokémon Tower
I recommend having Toxic if the opposing Raichu spams Double Team, and having Dig on Raichu should help with the fight, provided that luck in on your side.

Sandshrew Trainer - Hiker Paul
Sandshrew - Level 70
Nature: Jolly
AVs: 200 HP, 120 Defense
Stats: 371 HP, 110 Attack, 265 Defense, 29 Special Attack, 68 Special Defense, 90 Speed
Moves: Poison Jab, Seismic Toss, Sand Attack
Location: Route 11
Don't know why the opposing Sandshrew has Poison Jab when Sandshrew resists Poison, and one thing to note is that Alola Forms do give you an advantage, in this case, Alolan Sandshrew is immune to Poison Jab, and its Ice-type gives it an advantage, otherwise use Substitute, Toxic, and Seismic Toss.

Sandslash Trainer - Hiker Benjamin
Sandslash - Level 75
Nature: Impish
AVs: 150 HP, 200 Attack, 200 Defense
Stats: 370 HP, 378 Attack, 412 Defense, 64 Special Attack, 110 Special Defense, 125 Speed
Moves: Drill Run, Swords Dance, Substitute
Location: Route 7
This is one in which you have to rely on luck, as the opposing Sandslash has Swords Dance and can deal a lot of damage with Drill Run, so having Toxic and Substitute is the way to go for this fight.

Nidoran♀ Trainer - Ace Trainer Ronnie
Nidoran♀ - Level 65
Nature: Bold
AVs: 150 HP, 150 Defense, 120 Special Attack
Stats: 316 HP, 59 Attack, 251 Defense, 197 Special Attack, 77 Special Defense, 78 Speed
Moves: Super Fang, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam
Location: Route 3
As the opposing Nidoran♀ has low Special Defense, using Special moves like Ice Beam and Thunderbolt are helpful.

Nidorina Trainer - Ace Trainer Fred
Nidorina - Level 70
Nature: Bold
AVs: 150 HP, 200 Defense, 150 Special Attack
Stats: 349 HP, 81 Attack, 332 Defense, 253 Special Attack, 103 Special Defense, 105 Speed
Moves: Super Fang, Thunder, Blizzard
Location: Underground Path 7-8
Same strategy as the Nidoran♀ Master Trainer, except Nidorina has powerful inaccurate moves, and once again having Special Attacks can help in this fight.
