I decided to do the Rocket Hideout in Celadon City, because I don't like to skip entire areas with bosses. I also don't like to watch speed runs with huge skips and glitches. Only two fights in the hideout are required and the two Rockets at the end are easily defeated. Giovanni himself is also not a problem and I got the Sliph Scope. You can skip this segment and pretend I bought a Pokédoll if you don't want to watch this, because I saved at the exact same spot.
