I used a X-Special to OHKO all of Erika's Pokémon with Ice Beam, however Blastoise can't survive a critical hit Razor Leaf. I woke up Snorlax and I skipped all trainers on the Cycling Road. I entered the Safari Zone and I went through some tiles of grass before using a Super Repel. I did that to save one, but I managed to get an encounter on some tries.
I obtained Surf and Strength together with a Rare Candy. I entered the Sliph Co and the Machoke on floor 10 can be a threat. I picked up Earthquake and I quickly defeated the Arbok with that move. I got the Card Key and I saved before facing the rival again.

Saved at 1:28 with a L37 Blastoise.
