The battle with Tate and Liza went better then excepted. I used a X-Special and a Rain Dance from Castform to power up Surf. My original plan was to heal up Swampert and than bringing it in Torrent range taking a Solar Beam and a Psychic. Solar Beam got a critical hit instead and I was lucky that Psychic hit Castform. Now I can OHKO both Solrock and Lunatone with a single Surf.
I decided to heal up here to restore the PP of Swamperts moves. Then I went straight to the Seafloor Cavern. There is only 1 Grunt to dodge and a lot of Strength puzzles. The Admin is easily defeated with OHKO's. Then I picked up Earthquake and immediately taught it to Swampert. I saved right before facing Maxie.

Saved at 1:47 with a L39 Swampert
