It's time to fight Norman, without doubt one of the hardest battles in the game. I start with sacrificing Abra so I can take advantage of Slaking's ability by using 2 X-Defenses immediately. Marshtomp can now take Slaking's attacks better and I used X-Attacks to power it up. Now I can 3HKO Slaking with Mud Shot and its speed is also dropped. I need to heal up ofcourse. Vigoroth is a 2HKO and the other Slaking a 3HKO. I hope it will use Focus Punch so I can flinch it for a rather easy victory.
Now that's over with, I sold the Nugget in the Mart and bought some Escape Ropes and X-items. Then I received Surf and taught it immediately to Marshtomp. I got a Rare Candy and saved afterwards.
