Winona is one of the easier Gym Leaders, but I still need to watch out. Swellow and Altaria are both OHKO's with Ice Beam. Swellow likes to use Double Team and that's annoying. Pelipper is a 2HKO and is a real pain with Protect. I could OHKO Skarmory with Surf if Swampert was in Torrent range, but it was still at full health. I decided to keep that and 2HKO'd Skarmory. Sand Attack is also an attack to worry about.
The next part is very annoying with a lot of moving trainers to dodge. I mannaged to sneak behind them all and I entered Lilycove for a second to return here with Fly. I forgot teaching that to Wingull, so I decided to do it in the next part of this segment. I collected another Rare Candy behind a tree you can cut. Then I entered Mt Pyre and splitted the segment right before confronting Team Magma.
