This part I take on Dewford Town's Gym. I remember this Gym uses Fighting types and most of the Trainers there have Meditite and Machop. If you caught a Taillow from Route 104 and trained it to around Level 15, you're going to have an easy time. Or if you have a Beautifly or a Dustox that would give you an easy time. Another good Pokémon is Ralts or Kadabra as they can do well, or you could use a Sableye from Granite Cave if you're playing Sapphire version to take on this gym. The Gym Leader Brawly is quite easy if you're using one of the following Pokémon.
