These are the kinds of teams that I like to see in an online battle, those that have Pokémon which don't tend to be used all too much in battle. While my opponent does have Baxcalibur, which is placed in the top 50 in the usage charts in online battles, I did see Pincurchin on the team, which could have Electric Surge to active Quark Drive on Iron Treads, and I have checked to see where they rank, Pincurchin is ranked 72nd in the current format, it's the only Pokémon that has Electric Surge that is available in the game, but its stats are kind of average, while Iron Treads is ranked 52nd, and I checked to see if it was the least used Paradox Pokémon, but it turns out Iron Treads is the second least used, and it is Iron Thorns, which is ranked 77th in the current format. I did see that my opponent had Toxapex, which is almost never used in Double Battles, and there was Mabosstiff, which is rarely ever used in online battles.
I test out Grafaiai in this battle, this is the other Pokémon that pairs well with Slaking, this is because Grafaiai's signature move is Doodle, this will copy the Ability of an opponent, and both Grafaiai and her teammate will gain the Ability, and I recently found out that Prankster is cancelled out when Psychic Terrain is active, because in one battle, I went up against a player that used Indeedee and Armarouge, and because of how reliant Slaking is on its Ability being removed, that costed me the battle. For Grafaiai's other moves, she has Encore and Parting Shot, which pair well with Prankster, or if Grafaiai is against a Pokémon that she can outspeed, those can be put to use, and Knock Off to have an attacking move. I remembered that Prankster does not work on Dark-type Pokémon, that is one thing I tend to forget about all the time, because I wanted to see what Mabosstiff's Ability was, becuase this Pokémon can work with any Ability, and Intimidate didn't activate, and its other Ability is Guard Dog, if Mabosstiff is affected by Intimidate, its Attack is boosted instead of lowered, and it cannot be switched out from moves like Roar or Whirlwind, and Mabosstiff is the only Pokémon to get that Ability.
I chose Gastrodon for this battle as a way to deal with Toxapex, and in case my opponent picked Chi-Yu, and I wasn't sure about changing Gastrodon's Tera Type, while Fire would be nice for resisting Grass-type moves, Gastrodon isn't really a Pokémon that I will want to Terastallize, while with Scream Tail, it has a Steel Tera Type to help defensively, as Scream Tail is usually a support Pokémon, and Steel does help give it resistances to the types it is weak to. I did change Grafaiai's Tera Type to Flying, other options were Ghost or Dark, but this Pokémon isn't really meant to Terastallize in battle.
