I used: Medicham, Slaking, Gastrodon, and Scream Tail
My Opponent used: Mimikyu, Iron Hands, Arboliva, and Torkoal
Stadium: Pokémon League
Battle BGM: Northern Pokémon

I go up against a Trick Room team, with Mimikyu as the lead for setting it up, while the rest of my opponent's Pokémon are some slower Pokémon that work very well in Trick Room. I did read that Mimikyu is one of the most popular Trick Room setters in Double Battles because of Disguise allowing it to take one hit, but it isn't even that slow of a Pokémon, Mimikyu has base 96 Speed, it's main role is usually to support its teammates by setting it up.
I test out a strategy that I have waited to use for a while, and that is using Slaking in a Double Battle, paired up with Pokémon that use moves that affect Abilities, in this case, Medicham has Skill Swap to give Pure Power to Slaking, and in turn, this allows Slaking to deal some massive damage with his Attack stat doubled, as well as attack every turn.
I went with a Ghost Tera Type on Slaking, as that not only is a good defensive type for him, giving an immunity to the Fighting-type moves he is weak to, but also powering up Shadow Claw. He has Body Slam for his main Normal-type move, while Giga Impact is a powerful move on Slaking, this does prevent him from attacking on the next turn, and Body Slam is a more reliable Normal-type move on him, he has Rock Slide for a multi target move, and Drain Punch for a Fighting-type move, and I gave the Assault Vest to Slaking, as his Special Defense stat isn't that high compared to the rest of his stats.
While Medicham's main role on the team is to use Skill Swap to give Pure Power to Slaking, she can hold her own in battle, she has Fake Out, although when both are on the field, the first move is to use Skill Swap on Slaking, and then switch out Medicham. She has Close Combat and Psycho Cut for her main moves, and she has a Focus Sash to ensure she will survive an attack and that she can get in a Skill Swap whenever possible. I didn't want to change Medicham's Tera Type, as she is not my main Pokémon to Terastallize.
For my other team members, Gastrodon is there to draw in Water-type moves with Storm Drain, she has Muddy Water to hit both targets, Earth Power for a single target move, Recover to heal up, and Protect is there because it is a move that is commonly used in Double Battles. I use another Paradox Pokémon, and the one I chose is Scream Tail, I at first considered going with the Light Clay with Reflet and Light Screen to support teammates, but I ended up going with Disable and Encore, with that strategy, I can use Encore to lock the Pokémon into using an attack, and use Disable to make them use Struggle. Whenever I use a support Pokémon, usually one that isn't meant to be attacking, I like to have at least one attacking move, I chose Dazzling Gleam on Scream Tail, this Pokémon does not learn Moonblast, and while it does get moves like Play Rough or Psychic Fangs, I went with Dazzling Gleam as it hits both targets, and I went with the Booster Energy on Scream Tail to give it a boost in Speed to allow it to use Disable or Encore to lock one opponent into using only one move.
