The second online battle this week where my opponent has nicknamed Pokémon, and there were some that worked well on the same team, like Indeedee and Armarouge, this is one team that can be dangerous if you don't have a way to take them out, because Indeedee can set up the Psychic Terrain with its Ability, and Armarouge is the only Pokémon in the game to learn Expanding Force, and there were three Paradox Pokémon on my opponent's team, but the only one that was used against me was Iron Bundle.
I did like the strategy at the start of the battle with Hydreigon's Snarl to weaken the opponent's Special Attack, while the rest of the team had ways to deal with opponents. I chose Ting-Lu for this fight because of its good match-ups against Armarouge and Indeedee, and its Ability can weaken the Special Attackers on my opponent's team, and I wanted to give Salamence a battle where he can hold his own instead of being used for Tailwind support, and he does have a Steel Tera Type to not only make him resist a bunch of types, including some he is normally weak to like Ice, but also to power up Iron Head further.
This is a Shiny Armarouge that is used, I am not a fan of how its eyes are the only thing that changes colour, this is one of these Shiny Pokémon that doesn't look much different to the normal one. Armarouge normally has orange eyes, but the Shiny variant has blue eyes, and I looked up Ceruledge's Shiny variant, its eyes are normally like blue or purple, but the Shiny Ceruledge has orange eyes, and while it is good to see a Shiny Pokémon being used, there are some where they don't look much different to a regular Pokémon.
