Here are the team of Pokémon in this video, which was decided by the random number generator.
P1 Team: Sunflora, Kangaskhan, Larvitar, Wobbuffet, Alakazam, Phanpy
CPU Team: Oddish, Kakuna, Bulbasaur, Chansey, Furret, Pikachu

Then, I will list the moves for each Pokémon in battle, starting with my team.
Sunflora: Razor Leaf, Hyper Beam, Growth, Toxic
Kangaskhan: Dizzy Punch, Surf, Bite, Leer
Larvitar: Rock Slide, Earthquake, Hyper Beam, Swagger
Wobbuffet: Counter, Mirror Coat, Safeguard, Destiny Bond
Alakazam: Psybeam, Thief, Future Sight, Kinesis
Phanpy: Earthquake, Double-Edge, Double Team, Swagger

The CPU's team of Pokémon and moves.
Oddish: Giga Drain, Sludge Bomb, Moonlight, Stun Spore
Kakuna: Harden
Bulbasaur: Razor Leaf, Headbutt, Toxic, Growth
Chansey: Egg Bomb, Blizzard, Dream Eater, Sing
Furret: Strength, Ice Punch, ThunderPunch, Amnesia
Pikachu: Thunderbolt, Headbutt, Iron Tail, Thunder Wave

I did get a good lead against the CPU, my lead is Alakazam, and the CPU has Bulbasaur. As the CPU does have three Poison-type Pokémon, Alakazam does have a good advantage against them, it is the Normal-types like Chansey and Furret that it will have a hard time against.
To those who are more used to how Future Sight worked in later games, in this generation, Future Sight is an 80 power move with 90 accuracy, and its damage is based on the Special Defense stat of the original target Pokémon, not the one that is switched out, and its damage does not have a type, it wasn't till Generation 5 that Future Sight inflicted Psychic-type damage.
I do have some hard hitting attackers like Kangaskhan, Larvitar, and Phanpy to fight against Chansey, but the downside is that Blizzard can deal with the Ground-types, making Kangaskhan the best choice to fight against it, as the Ground-types are there to take on Pikachu when it comes out.
I will go over Wobbuffet as a Rental Pokémon, this Pokémon can only have Counter, Mirror Coat, Safeguard, and Destiny Bond in this game, and with the right prediction, it can take down opponents, while Furret has Ice Punch and ThunderPunch, which are special moves back then, it is likely to use Strength. If Larvitar was on the CPU team, I would use Counter to take it out, I did even read that when going through the Gym Leader Castle and the Stadium Cups, Wobbuffet is the Rental Pokémon used to take down the most powerful threats that not many other Pokémon could.
