After collecting the Emblem Bracelet for Tiki, she then suggest to Alear that she finds the rest of the Emblem Bracelets. The first one she goes for is at Berserker's Hollow, which is where the Bracelet of the Brash General is located. After awakening Emblem Hector, he tests Alear's group, but the area has vents which can shoot poison fog out.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

This Divine Paralogue takes place at Berserker's Hollow, and this map is based on Hector's Chapter 30 of Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade, and we take on Emblem Hector, he is an Armored unit with high Defense, you will want to bring some magic users for this one. Because of the poison fog, you will want to bring a Restore staff, some enemies drop Antitoxins to cure the poison, and some reinforcements have the item, they appear on turns 5, 8, 11, and 14. This map has four chests, they contain 2000G, a Dracoshield, Pure Water, and Elixir, some thieves will go for them.
Once you approach Hector, he starts moving, and he can use Storm's Eye to prevent foes from makign a follow up attack. He has dialogue if a unit equipped with Lyn fights against him, his Wolf Beil deals bonus damage against Armored units, and Runesword heals 50% of the damage dealt and can attack at close or at range, and his Armads deals bonus damage to Dragon units. Because of his high Defense, magic attacks are the best way to fight him, and after completing the paralogue, we now have Emblem Hector, and you get an extra scene if you have Lyn.
Going over Hector, he is am Emblem for frontline units, and for stat boosts, the unit gains Strength, Defense, and Build when equipped. For skills, Quick Riposte allows unit to make a follow up if their HP is at 80% or more if foe initiates combat, and it has an upgrade at Bond Level 16 where it activates at 60% HP or more. Impenetrable is the engage skill, unit gains 30% Defense and Resistance when foe intiates combat, Dragon units get Dodge +50%, Cavalry units are immune to freeze, Armored units gain +50% Defense, and Flying units gain 50% Resistance. Storm's Eye is the engage attack, unit is immune to break, foe cannot make a follow up attack, and unit makes a follow up, the effect lasts for 1 turn, and can be used if unit has a sword or axe. Dragon units prevent one critical hit, Backup units gain Crit +20, and Covert units gain Avoid +30, and if adjacent to a unit with Lyn equipped, unit counterattacks before foe's first attack.
The first weapon is Wolf Beil, this deals bonus damage to Cavalry and Armored units. At Bond Level 2 is Str/Def +1, this boosts Strength and Defense, and it has upgrades, 2 is at Bond Level 7, 3 is at Bond Level 12, 4 is at Bond Level 14, and 5 is at Bond Level 18. Adaptability is a sync skill, it grants Defense +2 if unit by a physical attack, or Resistance +2 is hit by a magic attack, it lasts till end of battle or activated again, and it has an upgrade at Bond Level 19. Axe Guard at Bond Level 4 has unit take less damage during combat when foe is equipped with an axe, and it has upgrades at Bond Levels 9, 13, 17, and 19. Hector has Axe Prof. at Bond Level 6, Heavy Attack at Bond Level 8 deals more damage with weapons if the equipped weapon exceeds the unit's Build stat, and it adds excess as damage, the maximum being 5. Bond Level 10 unlocks Runesword, this is a magic sword that can strike close or at range and heals 50% of the damage dealt. Piercing Glare at Bond Level 12 consumes 20% of maximum HP if used when HP is full to prevent foes from entering 4 spaces diagonally adjacent to unit for 1 turn. The third weapon is Armads, this grants +5 Defense and deals bonus damage to Dragon units. Hector does have some good skills for frontline units, like Quick Riposte and Adaptability, and units with high Defense or are good on the frontlines, like Diamant or Louis are good users for this Emblem, Adaptability can help defensively, even on the magic side, as Armored units have very low Resistance, and Impenetrable does give a 30% boost to Resistance along with the 50% when equipped to Armored units.
Hector's Emblem Bracelet was added in Wave 2 of the DLC, and his Bond Conversation with Alfred does foreshadow the Fell Xenologue, where his Emblem Bracelet was entrustred to the Firene of an alternate Elyos.
