After getting past Team Rocket, next up is Mahogany Gym, the Gym Leader is Pryce, a user of Ice-type Pokémon. The Trainers in this Gym have more options, and make use of many types, like Water, Normal, Rock, Ground, and a few other types, and Pryce is a very difficult opponent in Round 2, as he has some really powerful Pokémon on his team.
I will list each Trainers, and the nicknames of the Pokémon, with the species name of the Pokémon in brackets, as well as their held item.
Battle 1: Boarder Alvin
Aireel (Seel): Surf, Ice Beam, Encore, Disable (PRZCureBerry)
Airkadab (Kadabra): Psybeam, Ice Punch, Encore, Disable (TwistedSpoon)
Airlibird (Delibird): Fly, Blizzard, Quick Attack, Rapid Spin (Mint Berry)
Airneton (Magneton): Thunderbolt, Tri Attack, Rollout, Mimic (PSNCureBerry)
Airbasaur (Venusaur): Razor Leaf, Body Slam, Reflect, Roar (Bitter Berry)
Airsnea (Sneasel): Slash, Ice Beam, Shadow Ball, Counter (Ice Berry)

Battle 2: Skier Carol
Searow (Seadra): Icy Wind, Twister, Headbutt, Blizzard (King's Rock)
Raticow (Raticate): Icy Wind, Bite, Hyper Fang, Blizzard (PRZCureBerry)
Omastow (Omastar): Icy Wind, Headbutt, Bite, Blizzard (Mint Berry)
Wakow (Marowak): Icy Wind, Rock Slide, Headbutt, Blizzard (Burnt Berry)
Whirlow (Poliwhirl): Icy Wind, Headbutt, Whirlpool, Blizzard (Bitter Berry)
Siansow (Persian): Icy Wind, Headbutt, Bite, Roar (PSNCureBerry)

Battle 3: Gym Leader Pryce
Piloswine: Earthquake, Ice Beam, AncientPower, Body Slam (Quick Claw)
Quagsire: Surf, Earthquake, Ice Beam, Iron Tail (BrightPowder)
Hitmontop: Hi Jump Kick, Strength, Dig, Counter (MiracleBerry)
Tentacruel: Surf, Ice Beam, Reflect, Mirror Coat (Focus Band)
Girafarig: Headbutt, Psychic, Earthquake, Shadow Ball (PRZCureBerry)
Articuno: Ice Beam, Fly, Double-Edge, BubbleBeam (Scope Lens)

As the Trainers in this Gym don't use the weak attacks like Powder Snow, we are now in the round where Trainers have strategy with their attacks. The first opponent doesn't have too much in common, his Seel and Kadabra know Encore and Disable, and he has Magneton to hit hard with Thunderbolt, and his Venusaur has Razor Leaf and Body Slam, don't know why Magneton has a PSNCureBerry, it's not like anyone is going to use a Beedrill for this battle. The next opponent makes use of Icy Wind and flinching moves like Bite, Headbutt, Rock Slide, and Hyper Fang, and all of her Pokémon know Blizzard except for Persian, and the Icy Wind strategy pairs well with her Seadra holding the King's Rock.
Pryce is an even harder opponent to deal with, he has Articuno on his team, and he does tend to use that Pokémon. Articuno is holding a Scope Lens to increase critical hit rate, and it knows BubbleBeam to handle Fire and Rock-type Pokémon, and each of his Pokémon do provide some kind of challenge. Piloswine has the Quick Claw and it has Ice Beam and AncientPower along with Earthquake, Quagsire has the BrightPowder to reduce the chances of your attack hitting, Hitmontop has Hi Jump Kick to hit hard, and it can use Counter if you try to use physical moves against it, Tentacruel has Mirror Coat to send back special moves, not that you are likely to ever use them as Tentacruel has very high Special Defense, and Girafarig has many moves to take on Pokémon of different types, Earthquake to hit Steel-types, and Shadow Ball to beat Psychic and Ghost-types.
