I invite the last Gym Leader of Paldea, Grusha, the Gym Leader of Glaseado Mountain and a user of Ice-type Pokémon. His interactions are with Katy, Brassius, Iono, Ryme, Rika, and Poppy, his interactions are with members of the league, and he doesn't interact with any of the academy staff.
Grusha uses the same team he had back when we fought him at Glaseado Mountain for the League Re-Match, and he has included a new addition to his team.
Alolan Ninetales: Aurora Veil, Freeze-Dry, Blizzard, Dazzling Gleam
Beartic: Aqua Jet, Icicle Crash, Earthquake, Stone Edge
Frosmoth: Blizzard, Bug Buzz, Air Slash, Quiver Dance
Cetitan: Ice Spinner, Liquidation, Ice Shard, Earthquake
Weavile: Night Shade, Icicle Crash, Brick Break, Poison Jab
Altaria: Ice Beam, Dragon Pulse, Moonblast, Hurricane

To those wondering why I am referring to Grusha as a "he", that's because Grusha is a man, I remember when he was first revealed and people thought he was a woman, I even checked to see if there were anyone in real life that have the name Grusha, and it is a female name, it is a very rare name, and I even searched "Grusha" on Google, and the only results I could find was the character from Pokémon Scarlet & Violet.
Time to go over Grusha, he leads off with Alolan Ninetales, which has Snow Warning and can set up the snow, and all of his Pokémon are Ice-type Pokémon and gain the 50% Defense boost, and Alolan Ninetales can set up Aurora Veil to make his team resilient for 5 turns unless you have a Pokémon with Brick Break or Psychic Fangs, or have a way to change the weather before Ninetales sets up. Beartic has good type coverage, Earthquake and Stone Edge to counter Fire-type Pokémon, but it is kind of slow, and it has Snow Cloak to make it harder to hit in the snow. Frosmoth has Blizzard, which has 100 accuracy in the snow, and it can set up Quiver Dance. Cetitan has massive HP, and it has Thick Fat to reduce damage from Fire-type moves, and it knows Liquidation to counter Fire-types, you will want to use Fighting or Steel-types to counter it. Weavile is fast and has Poison Jab to counter Fairy-type Pokémon, a good Fighting-type can take it down. Grusha's final Pokémon is Altaria, which he will Terastallize to an Ice Tera Type, Altaria cannot do any effective damage to Steel-type Pokémon, the Ice Tera Type powers up Ice Beam, but other than, it shouldn't be too hard.
After the battle, Grusha gives you some Carbos for beating him, and on your third ineraction, he will trade you a Cetoddle for any of your Pokémon, don't know if this is the same Cetoddle from back when we first fought Grusha back at Glaseado Mountain. It has the Partner Ribbon, giving it the title "Grusha's Cetoddle", but other than that, it has its basic level up moves, and it does have Sheer Force, that is its Hidden Ability, and for moves it can get that can pair with Sheer Force, it can learn Icicle Crash, Liquidation, Play Rough, and a few others, but I personally prefer Slush Rush on Cetitan, that would be Snow Cloak on Cetoddle, but Sheer Force isn't a bad Ability to have.
