The third Star Piece has been found, and Mario then learns about a strange man called Booster who lives in a tower, and the princess somehow ended up there. When they arrive at Booster's Tower, they get unexpected help from Bowser as they make their way up there to save Peach from this strange man.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

Time to enter Booster's Tower, and first area is Booster Way, which is really short, for items, there are two Hidden Chests, one has a flower, the other has Rock Candy, which hits all enemies for 200 damage. There are some new enemies, Lakitu uses electric attacks, and the info about why people don't like him is a reference to Super Mario Bros., where Lakitu was one of the most hated enemies in that game. Spikester is a more powerful version of Spikey, the difference is they can inflict Mushroom and poison onto party members.
Two new vegetable enemies are Carroboscis, it uses musical spells to inflict status, and the other enemy is Artichoker, it attacks by shooting bubbles, and if attacked by a special move, it can heal itself and its allies with Recover, it can inflict poison and attack with electricity.
There is a hidden person who sells Thought Peek entries for 3 Frog Coins, and you automatically get ones from below Mallow joined, this was not in the original SNES game.
When you arrive a Booster Tower, we find Bowser, who has no troops left, and with no other choice, he helps Mario out by breaking down the door to Booster Tower. Bowser is all about physical strength, he has high Attack power and HP at this point, but his Magic stats are bad, he comes with Terrorize, which inflicts Fear onto opponents, this can be helpful in boss fights. You can swap between party members in battle, this was not possible in the original version, and Mario cannot be swapped out. We also get access to new Triple Moves, Clown Car Barrage requires Mallow and Bowser, and it deals elemental attacks to all enemies, and Shooting Star Shot, where Bowser and Geno have to be active and it hits all enemies with shooting stars.
When we enter Booster's Tower, Snifits are found throughout the area, they were called Spookums in the original game, while Snifsters were called Snifits. To list enemies, Snifits attacks with Crystal and Hot Shot, and they can even flee from battle. When you make progress, there are some enemies that only appear along with others, first one is Dollox, or Remo Cons as they were called originally, it can use Eerie Jig to turn party members into a Scarecrow. Jester attacks by throwing cards with Wild Card, and Flame Stone to deal magic fire damage to one opponent.
A new Bob-omb variant, Rob-omb isn't much different, it has less HP but more Attack than a Bob-omb. The Lava Bubble variant, Lava Blubble, or Fireball as it was called, they have low defense, but high attack power, it can use Fire Saber to deal damage to one party member. Orb User has low HP, but they can heal allies and use magic attacks like lightning and fire, it has good defense. There is Chomp, a new weapon for Bowser when you solve the Booster family portraits, and Chomps do appear as an enemy, it can use Iron Maiden to strike fear to a party member. There are Bullet Bill Blasters, they fire Bullet Bills, and it can use Blazer to shoot Golden Bullet Bills, those instantly KO a party member.
Throughout the tower, we come across Booster, and I do like his theme song, and once you reach the top, he and his Snifsters play a curtain minigame, and if you are successful, you can get Booster's Charm, or the Amulet as it was called originally, it halves the damage from elemental attacks, if you are caught by Booster three times, you battle him and his Snifsters, he is weak to Jump attacks, and he attacks by throwing bombs, and he can use Loco Express to ram into a party member on a train. If you get caught, you do not obtain Booster's Charm, in the original game, you miss out on it completely, but in the remake, there is a second chance to get the item.
When you reach the top, it is time to fight Grate Guy and Knife Guy, Grate Guy is weak to lightning, and Knife Guy is weak to fire. After a few turns, Knife Guy will stand on Grate Guy's head, Knife Guy uses ice moves like Blizzard and Crystal, and Grate Guy uses Meteor Blast hit all party members.
After the battle, it is time to chase down Booster, who has taken Peach with him, and you do a minigame on Booster Hill, you can use the barrels and Snifsters to catch up to Booster, and Peach gives you a flower.
For optional stuff, a new path is unlocked when you hit the switch, and you can fight Apprentices, and if you lose to them, they become Snifters. For items, a Goodie Bag is in a Hidden Treasure, it adds more coins, and can be sold for 555 coins. New weapons are Masher for Mario and Chomp for Bowser, and Zoom Shoes increases Speed by 10.
