This is Gym Leader Castle, one of the single player modes in Pokémon Stadium, in this mode, you take on the Gym Leaders and their Gym Trainers, and once you beat a Gym Leader, you can access the next tower to fight the next tower.
In this one, I take on the Pewter Gym, and this one should be really easy if you pick some Pokémon that have the advantage against some of the Gym Trainers, Water and Grass are good types to pick, some other types include Fire to take on the Bug-types, Ice and Psychic are good types to bring against the other Gym Trainers, and as for the Gym Leader, Brock, a Water or Grass-type can be good against his Rock-type team, even though Vulpix is not a Rock or Ground-type, Brock did own a Vulpix in the Anime. In Gym Leader Castle, all Trainers will have Level 50 Pokémon, and if you use Pokémon from the Game Boy games, their levels will be the same level as your highest level Pokémon, for example, if you have one Pokémon at Level 60 while the rest are at Level 50, then all the Trainers will have Level 60 Pokémon.
I will list each Trainer that you fight in Pewter Gym, and the moves their Pokémon has, and one thing I do like is how the Trainers have nicknamed Pokémon, some of them have a different colour scheme, which usually consists of a part of their species name and some Trainers have a theme to the Pokémon nickname, here is a list of the Trainers and their Pokémon, I have the Pokémon nicknames listed, and their species name in brackets.
