When doing Restricted Sparring, I will be going in order of what types to use, so next on the list is Fire, so I have to use a team of Fire-type Pokémon.
The team I went with is a Drought Ninetales with a Heat Rock, she has Nasty Plot to boost her Special Attack, and I gave her the new move Scorching Sands, which is a Special Ground-type move that has a chance of burning the opponent, so it's a Ground-type Scald, and many Fire-type Pokémon can learn that move, even Charizard can get it as well.
This is a Gigantamax Charizard, so I used the Max Soup to change Charizard's Dynamax into Gigantamax, and while Dynamax is normally preferred as Charizard can set up its own sun with Max Flare, mine has Solar Power, and while my Ninetales has Drought and a Heat Rock to extend the duration of sun, Gigantamax Charizard has G-Max Wildfire, and that can deal some heavy damage.
I decided to bring in Cinderace, and he is versatile, because he has Libero for his Ability, that will allow him to change his type, and I went with High Jump Kick and Zen Headbutt for coverage options, and I have heard that Bounce is a very popular move on Cinderace for Max Airstream, but aside from that, I did pick a really good team that made use of the sun, and both Ninetales and Charizard have Solar Beam to deal with any Water, Ground, or Rock-type Pokémon they would normally have a disadvantage against, even if Charizard has an immunity to Ground-type moves.
While they are some powerful options, I find Drought to be a good Ability to have if you are doing Restricted Sparring with Fire-types, so Ninetales is a great lead, Torkoal is an alternative, the difference is that Torkoal is a lot slower, but more defensive, but I prefer Ninetales as a lead.
There are some very powerful Fire-type options you can use, like Chandelure and Volcarona for powerful Special attackers, Darmanitan is another hard hitting attacker, but more on the Physical side, and I am referring to the Fire-type Unova variant of Darmanitan. Heat Rotom is another viable option, as its Electric-typing helps against some Water-type opponents.
Arcanine and Incineroar are notable Pokémon, because they get Intimidate, which is very helpful against any Physical attackers you come across. For Pokémon that can Gigantamax, Coalossal and Centiskorch are other alternatives, and there are some other viable Pokémon you can use, like Talonflame, Alolan Marowak, and a few others, and there are some that while they are not the best Pokémon, they could be decent, like Flareon, Salazzle, Heatmor, Rapidash, Turtonator, and some other Pokémon.
