Now that we have found Calyrex's steed, the next task is to create the Reins of Unity, so we talk to the Mayor to see if he knows anything about it, and then Calyrex tells us to head to Crown Shrine, which is where its steed is said to be. While going through Snowslide Slope, I find one of the ruins, which is where one of the Legendary Titans is said to inhabit.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

I have stopped Glastrier in the previous part, and it has left Freezington. I have to talk to everyone in town, and then Calyrex gives me a Radiant Petal, which could be how we could make the Reins of Unity. Then I talk to the Mayor to see if he can make the Reins of Unity, and with the help of Peony, and with that, we could help reunite Calyrex and Glastrier.
The man at the entrance to Snowslide Slope gives you some items daily in exchange for Watts, and he gives you some really useful items, so make sure to talk to him everyday to see what item he sells you.
About when I went over Beldum in the previous part and how it got Tackle in this game to make up for its ridiculous catch rate, the evolution line is a pain to catch if Hail is in effect, if you are any other weather, then you don't have to worry about the damage from the Hail, so you can catch Beldum without too many problems, but it will take a lot of Poké Balls. It's even strange that because Beldum's only move was Take Down, it makes even Metang easier to catch than Beldum. I know there are some Pokémon that are easier to catch than their pre-evolutions, for example, Makuhita has a catch rate of 180, and Hariyama has a catch rate of 200, so Hariyama is easier to catch than Makuhita.
There is the Iceberg Ruins, and in order to enter, you need to have a Cryogonal with you and interact with the door to open it. I do like how it has different requirements, because I remember in Ruby & Sapphire where in order to unlock the Regi Trio, you needed to have Wailord and Relicanth in your party, and you needed certain HM moves in order to challenge them. I also like the remix of the Regi Battle Theme from back in Gen 3, so it is good to see it remixed, unlike in Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon where it used the original versions of the Legendary Battle themes.
In Iceberg Ruins, it is where Regice is at, and this is the Ice-type member of the Regi Trio. Regice has a very high Special Defense stat, and its moves are Ice Beam, Zap Cannon, Amnesia, and Icy Wind, so it has that Boltbeam coverage, except it has Zap Cannon and not Thunderbolt. If you don't know what Boltbeam means, if you have an Electric and Ice-type move, it has neutral coverage against a wide variety of Pokémon, the only Pokémon that resist it are the Magnemite line, Togedemaru, Heat Rotom, Frost Rotom, and Arctozolt.
Regice can use Amnesia to boost its Special Defense, so I would recommend using Physical Attacks to weaken it, and don't worry if you accidentally knock it out, because you can rematch it right away if you do so. It is a tough Pokémon to catch, so prepare a ton of Ultra Balls and Timer Balls, and I believe Dusk Balls have a boosted chance of catching it, as we are inside a cave.
When you have captured Regice, I will go over whether or not I recommend using it. It is caught at Level 70, so it should be ready to go, while Ice is not that great defensively, Regice did used to be really good back in Gen 3, before the Physical and Special split, and there weren't that many strong Fighting, Rock, and Steel-type moves, well other than Metagross's Meteor Mash, and Fire-type moves were Special back then. Regice has very high Special Defense, and good Special Attack, so it is a solid Pokémon in terms of stats, it will have Ice Beam right away, and you can teach it Thunderbolt through a TR. It doesn't have too much coverage, but Ice Beam and Thunderbolt are all you would need on it, and Amnesia can be good against Special Attackers, the only other Special Attacks it can get are Focus Blast and Flash Cannon, and it can be a decent user of Rest and Sleep Talk, or you can give it Thunder Wave, but other than that, Regice is at least a decent Ice-type Pokémon.
