The next League Club Coaches are the friends from Paldea, and to invite them, you need to have completed the Hidden Treasure of Area Zero Epilogue. The first of our friends is Nemona, the rival who achieved Champion Rank before we even started our adventure. For Nemona's interactions with League Club Coaches, she can interact with Dendra, Hassel, Geeta, Arven, Penny, Lacey, Carmine, and Kieran.
Time to go over Nemona's team, and her team is different depending on your starter Pokémon, or first-partner Pokémon as it is called more recently, but I am never going to stop calling them starter Pokémon, because I have played Pokémon since Generation 1, and I have always called them starter Pokémon since then, but anyway, here are the three Pokémon she will always have.
Lycanroc (Midday): Accelerock, Drill Run, Play Rough, Stealth Rock
Kommo-o: Clangerous Soul, Drain Punch, Thunder Punch, Earthquake
Pawmot: Double Shock, Close Combat, Ice Punch, Mach Punch

Nemona has three different teams, here are the three Pokémon she will have if you picked Sprigatito.
Decidueye: Spirit Shackle, Leaf Blade, Dual Wingbeat, Sucker Punch
Ribombee: Bug Buzz, Moonblast, Energy Ball, Psychic
Quaquaval: Aqua Step, Brick Break, Aerial Ace, Triple Axel

Here is her three Pokémon that she will have if you picked Fuecoco.
Infernape: Mach Punch, Close Combat, Flare Blitz, Stone Edge
Milotic: Draining Kiss, Surf, Ice Beam, Mud Shot
Meowscarada: Flower Trick, Thunder Punch, Throat Chop, Play Rough

Then we have the three Pokémon she will have if you picked Quaxly.
Greninja: Water Shuriken, Dark Pulse, Ice Beam, Grass Knot
Dusknoir: Earthquake, Thunder Punch, Shadow Sneak, Ice Punch
Skeledirge: Torch Song, Earth Power, Shadow Ball, Alluring Voice

There is a lot to go over with Nemona's team, it is the same team she had during our adventure in Kitakami during the strange events that were happening there. She leads with a Midday Form Lycanroc which can set up Stealth Rock, and her Pawmot can use Double Shock to deal a lot of damage at the cost of its Electric-type. Her new addition from Kitakami is Kommo-o, which she does mention in her conversation with Hassel, and if you don't have a Fairy-type on your team, Kommo-o can use Clangerous Soul to increase its stats at the cost of 33% of its HP, and it can use Drain Punch to heal back the HP.
Nemona has another Pokémon from Kitakami, Ribombee has all special moves, and it has Energy Ball to counter Rock-types, Milotic is resilient and has Draining Kiss to heal off the damage, and Dusknoir has Shadow Sneak for priority and Earthquake for a powerful Ground-type move. The next Pokémon from Nemona is a second starter Pokémon, or first-partner Pokémon, those will match the type of your starter Pokémon, she has Decidueye if you picked Sprigatito, Decidueye has Leaf Blade, Dual Wingbeat, and Spirit Shackle for some good attacks. If you picked Fuecoco, she has Infernape, this Pokémon is fast and can hit hard, it has Close Combat and Flare Blitz, while Mach Punch is there for priority. If you chose Quaxly, she has Greninja, it is another fast Pokémon with Water Shuriken for priority and some good coverage moves in Grass Knot and Ice Beam.
Then for Nemona's starter Pokémon, their Tera Type will be based on their secondary type, and they have a new move that can be learned through TM in the Terarium, Quaquaval has a Fighting Tera Type to power up Brick Break and it knows Triple Axel to deal with Grass and Flying-type Pokémon, and if it uses Aqua Step, Quaquaval can sweep your team if you don't have a way to stop it. Meowscarada has a Dark Tera Type to power up Throat Chop, and its Flower Trick can get a critical hit all the time and it has Thunder Punch to deal with Flying-types, at least without the Grass Tera Type, Meowscarada isn't as much of a threat, but you do have to watch out for its Throat Chop.
Skeledirge has a Ghost Tera Type to power up Shadow Ball, and it knows Alluring Voice for type coverage, and if Skeledirge sets up with Torch Song, the damage it deals can add up, but at least Skeledirge is on the slow side, unlike Quaquaval which can boost its Speed with its signature move, while Meowscarada is really fast to begin with.
After the battle, Nemona gives you a Focus Sash, we get another one for free, and on your third interaction, she will trade you a Paldean Tauros, likely the same one she had in the opening of this game. It has a Partner Ribbon, giving it the title "Nemona's Tauros", and it has good IVs and is EV trained in Attack and Speed, and it does come with some powerful moves like Close Combat and Wild Charge. While Nemona's Tauros does come EV trained and with some good attacks, the downside is that it is the Combat Breed, and that form is outclassed by the other forms for Paldean Tauros, it does have a Jolly Nature which is good on Tauros.
